Help for a possible 1st timer (woman)

Agree when you start seeing a change for the better nothing will keep you out of the gym. You will always want more as well, so be careful you will become addicted lol.

As a note: C4 has creatine, so you will experience water retention. Add on deficit eating and more cardio, and you may experience water retention and delayed results due to the stress on your body. Please promise yourself a commitment of at least 3 months in the face of stubborn weight loss and slow results. You're a mom and a wife and have many factors in your life that will make fat loss go at a different pace than when you were a free and clear 21 year old! Lol.

My grandma used this for 1 hour a day, every day and lost almost 3 pounds a week. I would HIGHLY recommend it! You wouldn't believe how effective all that kinetic energy running through your body is! I had her on trenbolone, masteron and GH, but it just wasn't working. We went to our local K Mart and picked this bad boy up, 9.8/10. I would buy again.

I definitely cant do anything thats going to make me anymore temperamental. On top of young kids and a husband, I just took in a pitbull puppy thats been tearing up my house.

all jokes aside get that pup a crate, a small one...and let him get settled in and feel safe. Gotta drop the hammer on bulldogs they will run you if you let em.

Try fasted cardio in the mornings.

Ive never tracked intake, just used a portion system. Obviously, I know that is something that im going to need to do when I move forward. Training for that last 3 months has been semi non existent due to the surgery/vacation ect.... Before that I was doing really well 4 to 5 times a week. I dont have any bikini pics, but this should give you an idea where I was at before that. Even then I still needed to drop those last couple pounds. Ive gained around 8lbs since then (thats a lot on someone whs only 5'2'') If anavar isnt for me, what would you suggest?
You look a lot like my future ex wife.

You need to look forward to your training sessions - this will do so much for making you feel obligated to go to the gym as scheduled and complete all of your sessions. This is more of a training related issue than it is anything else from the sound of it, but I'm bias...

I agree with the other poster that OP just needs to set out some goals for herself and yes, a basic linear progression approach to training is probably suitable for where she is at, but I think there might be more success if training is designed using a flexible non-linear approach.

Flexible Non-linear Periodization: Keeping Your Options Opened | Optimum Sports Performance LLC

I think this would be ideal here because the lifter can determine what workout she wants to do that particular day based on how they feel - basically a form of auto-regulation built into how the program is periodized. Anyone who has implemented auto-regulation into their own training can tell you how much more conducive to success it can be if applied properly.

Don't limit your options, if certain tasks in the gym seem daunting because of fatigue or real life circumstances affecting you then you are going to better off if you allow yourself some flexibility in your training rather than not training at all or half-assing it.

Drugs are easy, the other aspects of lifting will require more planning and thought if you want to be successful.

I have been going 3 to 4 times a week, Ive just been half assing it. Looks like im just going to have really buckle down and get it done. Still open to suggestions on what may help with energy. Is there a good pre work out? I have c4 and like it, if there is anything better let me know.

Caffeine pills are really cheap. I take 2 200mg caffeine pills and 1 baby aspirin (supposed to help blood flow to help the caffeine kick in) pre workout. It's like $5-$9 for around 100 or so typically. Try 1 to start and see how it does.

I really appreciate all the tips! I was really hoping for some magic cure, but I guess ill just have to do it the hard way. We got a crate for the beast today, so hopefully that will eliminate a bit of the stress. Ill keep y'all updated on progress.

If there was a magic cure, bet your ass everyone would be doing it.

Offer still stands, with that hair color of yours and the way you stand with all that sass in your photos, lemme know if you wanna be my future ex wife.

My most epic weight loss episodes were always preceded by a trip to my friendly neighborhood crack dealer. A few hits and the substance really just did everything for me- no fuss, no muss. Hunger pains were nonexistent and cardio was unnecessary as my heart rate was right where it needed to be. Although it was expensive and really didn't do much for my family life or professional development I can say it had no equal in the art of making that scale talk dirty low numbers to me.

Yes!!!! That's exactly the kind of extra help I'm looking for!!! I'm in South Florida so I'm pretty sure I can pick up a few rocks pretty cheap. Fingers crossed!!
In a pinch meth will do down south... But you tend to lose tooth enamel quite rapidly as well. Seeing as how it is cheaper, when you hit your target weight you can buy some dentures with your savings!

I actually like my teeth too much to cheap out. Im going to wait until its a little later and hit a few of the questionable areas down here. Im bound to run into someone who has a few rocks for sale. Im just not sure if I should wait until right before the gym or just get started asap. I came here for advice on anavar and am leaving with something better. Id call that a successful inquiry!

ahh I think I'm pickin up what you're puttin down...say no more

@Wunderpus
grab the kit and fuel the prius up...Im gonna need a snorkel, 3 sets of chopsticks, a pineapple, and duct tape. (camo preferred dont come back with that shit with the handle bar mustaches again...I gave you one fucking job)
Homie you know the Prius is ALWAYS fueled up!

You're forgetting the duck fat, you always fucking forget the duck fat! We're useless without that..... FUCK!

You can try adderall.... Or if you're gag reflex is still working (lord willing it isn't, or TEK and I are going to have a very noisy and sticky night).... You can go the bulimia route.

No matter what happens, you always have the offer to be in my life. Hugs and kisses.

Would the things you and tek do to each other make her gag?

How does your training plan look like?
Fitnesspal is a great app to keep track of all of your macros. you can find your maintenance cals, with a deficit of 200-300 cals you should start losing weight.
Fasted cardio or HIIT sessions 4-5x a week, with a 5-6 weight training program and you should really see the results.
you will drop the weight. No need to start playing with AAs till you have a solid weightlifting/diet regimen. It's not worth screwing up your hormones if you don't have a solid foundation.
Also, make sure your diet is on point, that you're eating complex carbs, enough lean protein and healthy fats. Drink at least 1 gallon of water.
With dedication and preparation you can get to your goal weight without dealing with AAs or fat burners yet.
The key to weight loss --> energy expenditure must be greater than calorie intake. Plain and simple.
