I’ve ordered two vials of NPP on the 30th of October and sent payment via bank transfer on the same day, but was told that by the time payment was received the warehouse had run out of NPP. My order has therefore not been sent and the website still shows NPP as not available in EU-EU warehouse. Can I expect it to be shipped on the 14th and if not when?

Yes, it should arrive on 14-15 november.
