how long between last DNP and carb up?

how long between last DNP cap and a 24-36 hour carb up? it has been 48+ hours since my last DNP. Can I start with the carbs today?

I guess i need to get a more catchy name like edward penishands or thumpherbutt for anyone to answer me. would love any advice from guys who have tried DNP

thanks. didn't expect 15, a couple was all i was looking for. did you work out during the carb up or take a couple days off similar to ckd?
 
I worked out(lighter weights and mild cardio)before during and after I was on DNP which total of 7-8days. I Only took 200mg per day excpet one in which I took 400mg. I had great results in total lost about 7-8lbs waited 3 days carbed up and then two weeks later started my new cycle.

I def have seen a change in weight and look better in the mirror. looking forward to next time. actually starting a cycle with test/eq/winni next week and may do another week of DNP somewhere in the middle of the cycle, don't know yet though. All I know is i have a box of ice cream sandwiches and a bag of blueberry bagels waiting on me for the carb up. It will be nice to eat them without sweating.

That's the kind of shit that made me use DNP in the first place.

Not sure I would carb up with those types of carbs, but to each his own. I ate alot rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, bananna, fiber one cereal, oatmeal ect...

You might reconsider you food choices as it sounds liek you are going to do a cutter coming up. Might as get as lean as possible now before you start and see all that ripped muscle appear. Good luck bro

eat a bunch of carbs in the middle of your dnp cycle and after you sweat like a nasty pig for hours and are too misrable to move. then you will be scared to eat carbs like I was and wated 5 days to make sure they were out of my system before I would touch them.
