How the hell are you guys getting all these cals???

Right before you go to bed, litterally the last thing you do every night, blend up a fat ass protein shake with eggs whites, whey, fairlife whole milk, and peanut butter.
Should be like 1200 calories, you'll feel lethargic after downing the whole thing but your about to go to bed so who cares.

Also fairlife milk is lactose free no matter what kind you get, so it shouldn't hurt your stomachs and it taste way better than almond milk. Plus it has much more protein.

These guys that are pushing 4-5,000 calories are "cheating" man. They eat fat with every meal. And on cycle you'd be surprised how much you can get away with.

I find that if you have your whole meal and are having trouble finishing it, save the sweetest part of it and the liquid for last because once you get full those are the easiest things to down.

Once you get you bloods done check your cholesterol levels, If it is high check you HDL and LDL, if it is your HDL elevated your fine, if it's your LDL try replacing some of your unhealthy fats with healthy ones. Ex:butter for olive oil.

Also for your bigger meals(breakfast, dinner) eat as fast as you can, it helps alot.

I'm a hard gainer too both with fat and muscle, it takes every trick in the book for me to get even close to 4k.

Gotta pound it in broham. Kind of seem like smaller meals..4 eggs and some oj or cereal for breakfast? Have 4 whole eggs plus 8oz eggwhites cheese omelet with oj AND miniwheats with almond milk haha

Have a shake made with real foods between meals, toss some oats/bananas/eggwhites/peanut butter whatever in there and sip on it.

Fat,cholesterol etc... should I NOT be worried about that? Like I mentioned before when I ate whatever I wanted I became a baby cow

If you're a healthy individual and exercising regularly then you needn't worry about those things with respect to your diet. If you have preexisting cholesterol issues then that's a different story. I'm not saying to eat until you get to be a baby cow but if your diet is already full of mainly whole foods and you still need more calories, then it won't be detrimental to add some fun foods like 5Guys

Drop what you're doing right now and go get a triple burger with fries... Then come back to me to finish this discussion!

If you were referring to doc's ch**se less burgers as garbage... Then you're partially correct. :)

The least you could do is censor out that God forsaken word like I do. And i thought we were friends :(

For me, planned "dirty" meals are fucking crucial when trying to eat 4k plus calories per day. I hate the terms "clean" and "dirty" in regards to diet. Good luck eating 4500 cals of baked chicken and plain white rice. Like Perrin said, throw some olive oil to everything. And get generous with it. Or take the docd route and eat that 5 guys. But your gonna need some fat to get those calories, protein is too satiating and carbs keep me feeling rotund.

Get your protein in, make sure to get varying micronutrients however u please, ( I love dried fruits and mixed nuts for this, nature's multivitamins) and then fill those needed calories in with some carbs and fats u can enjoy every now and then. Extra protein is always a plus as well.

I won the 10k calorie eating contest here a while back
Its not that hard to eat
I could do it no prob on a planned day. I'm sure I have before without even knowing haha.
But on a regular day with work, gym, girlfriend, etc involved, for me, no way.

Is there a thread on it somewhere?
@RodgerThat it was his thread

Sounds good right? Its abit much. Till you plan it all out. We had to do it in 24 hours. Midnight till midnight
I got up at 0100 and pounded my first 2k cals then went back to sleep. It does require effort. I pretty much gave up with like 4hours still left in the day simply because A. I reached 10k and B. I was pretty bored of eating.

I had the melted butter but didnt make it there. That was the next step
