how to make transdermal testosterone?

No it wouldn't, for two reasons :

1) not all of the 200mg will be absorbed at this concentration. You would have to apply 2ml of a 100mg/ml solution over a larger area.

2) TNE will have your levels very uneven throughout the day, unlike test E.
Thanks man, I love how active you are in this thread and sharing your knowledge. If I wanted to get on a TRT dose equivalent of 250mg test e per week, what would dosage be like for the 100mg/ml dmso that seems to be best?

Anybody got a recipe for transdermal test prop ?

6g test prop powder
15ml benzyl alcohol
9ml ethanol

That gives you a transdermal test prop solution at 20% concentration.

I just started this protocol as I am tired of applying DMSO everyday, I will draw bloods in a few weeks to see how well it works.

I apply around 2ml of this solution every morning, which is 400mg of test prop.
No idea how much of it makes it into the blood, we'll see with the test results.

no dmso? Will it have good absorption?
DMSO is a solvent. There is no need to use the alcohol or ethanol if you use DMSO. OP used these as an alternative so they didn’t have to keep using DMSO. The absorption will not be as good as DMSO, but will be easier on the skin for sure.

Why do you use dmso liquid instead of gel? You can get 99% dmso gel. Using the gel would mean you won't have to worry about it running off the application site.
Does the test base not dissolve as well in the gel as it does the liquid?

To make it a gel substance they necessarily add a jellifying agent to DMSO, which makes it unpure. Which is a serious concern as, with DMSO, everything penetrates the skin.

My discontinuing DMSO doesn't have anything to do with the liquid texture (by the way my BA + ethanol solution is a liquid, not a gel), it has to do with the fact that your skin always has to be squeaky clean before applying DMSO, which is a real hassle.
The second issue is that it is a mild chelating agent, and chelators need to be taken on their half-life. As I have a high mercury load, DMSO moves around mercury in my organism without efficiently removing it, unlike when I take Alpha Lipoic Acid every 3 hours.

With BA + ethanol, you can apply it anytime of the day no matter how clean your skin is, and don't risk moving heavy metals to sensitive parts of your body.

Are you not concerned with absorbing benzyl alcohol?

Thank you for this information. Looking forward to seeing the labs.

Are you not concerned with absorbing benzyl alcohol?
Benzyl alcohol comes from fruits like apricots. It’s harmless if you dont have an allergy. On the other hand, DMSO will cause you to absorb anything that is on your skin that it touches. There is no comparison. The only reason we use DMSO to begin with is that it allows you to absorb most or all of what you’re applying.

So the thickener they use in dmso gel is definitely harmful?
No. The size of the thickeners (.2 microns minimum and 6.0 maximum) make it too large to be absorbed by the skin, at least significantly. They are also nontoxic according to current knowledge. Many cosmetics and beauty products contain as much as 50% of the stuff.

So if it's not harmful, why not use a 99% dmso gel instead of liquid? That way it won't run right off the application site when you apply it.

Unless they tell you what that thickener is, you are just guessing.
I don't know many chemicals that can go into your blood and still be safe.
Even if it is a natural thickener, it has nothing to do in your bloodstream.

You are missing the point and steering that conversation to a useless direction : the liquid consistency of DMSO was never a problem given how many ml we use.
It's not a hassle to apply and it dries in seconds.

The matter with DMSO is that intensive precautions need to be taken to clean the skin beforehand, and it's a mild chelator that will move around any heavy metals you have without excreting it.
Those are the two big problems.

Have you tried using a different transdermal carrier, such as Hydrogel or Phlojel Ultra?
I have no experience with Hydrogel, but I've used Phlojel Ultra and was unhappy as it left a gritty finish.
Regarding one of your earlier posts about test base in dmso not being suppressive to natural testosterone levels, I find this hard to believe.
Have you measured your LH and FSH when using test base dissolved in dmso?

Didn't measure LH while on it, measured test levels 2 weeks after cold-turkey discontinuation, test was just as before starting testosterone.

I have no interest in premade cream formuma, I used testosterone in Pentravan for a while, it left a white residue.

With Benzyl alcohol and ethanol, test is dissolved perfectly and leaves no residue at all.
