It’s just crystallized happens sometimes, usually when it isn’t stored properly. Just gradually warm it up in water and should be good to use at least it means there’s ‘some’ active ingredient in the vial

Couple of neighbours had this problem since last week. Vials were g2g when they arrived but 3-4 weeks after being opened they turned like this:

Any ideia what might be causing this?

It is just crystallized. Try heating it up in a water bath, that should help.

Don't have lab reports but I use ATN 250mg of it on my cruise.
Levels are around 1200ng/dl
I have around the same levels on my prescribed Sustanon from doc.

No no. I use Cypionate right now at 250mg.

Usually i'm on Pharma Sustanon which brings me around the same levels.

We have not retested it as it has been tested before. New batches have not been produced so the batch you are purchasing is the same as the tested one from some time ago.
