Meals today starting at 20:00 @ 1/6/2017.

Protein drink 40g protein, 18g fat and 4g carbs.
6oz Chicken Breast smothered with Colby cheese.
5 hard boiled eggs.
Snack, one table spoon organic peanut butter.
Salad with bacon, shredded cheese and two hard boiled eggs, plus about 2oz of ribeye steak.
Last meal, three kosher hot dogs.
