I think that this bill truly shows that neither "side" gives a damn about the average person. Democrats and Republicans alike were more concerned with seeing how much pork they could stuff into the barrel than with actually helping people out.

When the vast majority of funding for a "relief bill" isn't going toward relief, you know where the real priorities lie. The people in government are more concerned with gutting employee protections and funding pet projects than actually helping people who need it.

Same thing happened with Obama Care. They threw a several thousand page bill on the floor with the threat of a "govt shutdown" hours before the deadline. Of course no one read it. I agree some will always try and get over. The problem is the government is causing the job loss and peoples financial issues with these lock downs.

My main point to the original post was simply that they're OK throwing money for no good reason to other countries but to give more to our own people they won't allow. I've been fortunate enough to work through this whole thing and I would prefer my taxes went to our people then other countries.

My opinion is end the lock downs and let people get back to work then we won't need these porked up bills.
