I can't really tell when I'm being sent a generic and when I'm being sent EU Pharmacopoeia standard / Pharmacy standard / Sample out of pharmacy.

With no label and faked products, how would I know?

We've received EU Pharmacopoeia standard with not label from a client that wanted to test our accuracy.

We've tested 5 samples of GH that were over 99% since we changed our methods.

Pens are np, same conditions as vials.

@dirthand I can't post in that section of the forum, but the most commonly found AAS contamination is:
injectables -> degraded hormone, different hormone, or inert cholesterol based substances

orals -> degraded hormone, different hormone, inert fillers

Hey man I surely appreciate the response!! Everything helps!! I am just trying to figure out what the difference (safety or quality wise) between aas I make and aas made by other labs or even pharmaceutical companies make.. If the solution is sterile, has the correct concentration and has no detected harmful substances.. I dont see any difference. Would you??

Could add in a few positive controls with pharma or compounded pharma products although the absolute concentration of impurities will be lower than in the raws obviously.

Ok, I am going to start with the simplest example I could think of that may be of interest to members. Getting a C of A from Pharma isn't as easy as it used to be. This took a little work with persistence. I have sanitized some of the details from this one to protect manufacturer confidential information as per forum Terms and Rules.

Some thoughts/suggestions for discussion after looking around here.

Realistic, overkill, get what you pay for, don't care?

Would like to hear members' thoughts, counterpoints, etc. especially on cost vs quality. The path to quality is known. Will people pay or too much for UGL customers?

1. 3rd party C of A on finished product batch specific to that shipment
- endotoxin screen
- metals with ICP
- purity(ies) / concentration(s) using hplc plus ms (or gcms)

2. C of A for bulk api for each batch (hplc plus ms or gcms)...

Ok, I am going to start with the simplest example I could think of that may be of interest to members. Getting a C of A from Pharma isn't as easy as it used to be. This took a little work with persistence. I have sanitized some of the details from this one to protect manufacturer confidential information as per forum Terms and Rules.

This is an FDA approved Testosterone Cypionate product manufactured in a large FDA inspected site in Europe operating under USP standards. The manufacturer provides TC to multiple wholesalers who then sell to pharmacies. Will be a decent baseline for...

The current challenge is that many of these assays aren't available for testing UGL products because there hasn't been the demand. Yes it's great we have gotten widespread HPLC testing. The testing will continue to evolve as people see the need (or maybe it won't if people don't). See my conversations attached with Jano. I understand people were irritated with me because in their eyes I wasn't taking the lead to coordinate pilot testing for these other assays. At this point the best I can do is try to set up testing for my own pharma gear and support others who may want to test their UGL stuff.

theres still some people that believe its not real hgh and its other compounds in there mimicking its side effects...

No. It's not only impossible, the entire notion is completely insane and anyone who claims such things can be safely disregarded

there is no real beef in my opinion, Jano test became more accurate and precise and tehprovider didn't like his HGH to come out at 96% with dimer for example and just stopped using Jano and went to labs that provided him with results more in line with what he liked. this is for me the real truth

Why heavy metal testing? Jano did that before, it fizzled out when everyone who did it realized that they should have known there'd never be heavy metals in their gear to begin with.

But seriously, hey, who knows, maybe there is a bored, overconfident and undereducated ICP technician over at the Hikma plant in Spain wondering the same thing right now. Maybe we can sign a petition to ask for metals to be removed from Pharma C of A testing.

Me personally, I'm more interested in any residual solvents just for shits and grins.

Weird that USP standards call for measuring all these nonsensical items.

Thank you. Somehow my earnest discussion on AAS product impurities and improved testing became "heavy metals". Perhaps to "straw man" or simplify the discussion? I can't be sure of the motives.

But you are right I should be more mindful in discussions here. I will try to do better.
