The weights are moving easier. Makes it hard to stick with the program. Combination of Test and SD seems to be working...

Intensity Day aka Ho'Lat

Today was a bad day. I been feeling shitty. Sore all the time. Like im not recovering from workouts...

Squats

300 x 3.5 This was a FAIL. Back pumps hit and my legs were sore as hell coming in (more on this later)

Went back after DL and tried the 305 on the squats again, got it. But didnt feel good

This SD is killing me. I blame it for my overall soreness and shitty feeling. Its been 2 weeks today, but Im dropping it. After a few days if I get back to normal I might go back to 12.5mg. If not I have some halo and anavar, I might add one in later.


 
Updates:

When I started this (8 August) I was between 205 - 210lbs. My 1RMs were
Squat 275
Bench 275
DL 275

And this is what I looked like:

Now on October 3rd Im at 235 lbs. My 1RMs are:
Squat 335
Bench 340
DL 365

And I look like this:

Im happy with the progress so far (plus I have about 8 weeks to go). But like Ive seen Trukker and Brutus say, carrying around this much weight is hard (this is the heaviest Ive ever been). Ive lost almost all my flexibility, I cant scratch my back, my work uniform is too tight, etc. My ultimate goal has really always been 250, but Im not sure I can handle 15 more lbs...

Lookin' good Jay...shoulders are thicker, arms are bigger...but your bicep veins are still there. Strength is coming along...nicely (poor word choice lol).

I hear ya on the weight...it ain't worth it. I got up to 245 and didn't like the way it felt, had to dig out my "Fat Boy" clothes. Been holding at 235 now (10lbs makes a big difference), would love to be 225 and not lose any strength. I'll get there some day. Trukk and Brutus are 6' 1" and 6' 2" respectfully, but weighing 280 and pushing for 300 was a bit much...imo...to each his own though.

Btw I hope ya do start the halo...I'm gonna try some myself...I think.

Yea. I definetly cant see me doing 280 (Im 6ft even). Im going to figure out exactly how I want to proceed this next week while I see how I feel off the SD. And I want to try the halo too. Ive heard its great for strength / aggression. I was trying to save it for if/when a competition popped up, but I may bite the bullet and just get some more later.

And wtf is up with David Beckham punching everyone?? What a douche...I mean the Mailman C'mon!!

This video is crazy. I love the song because Im a Bone Thugs fanatic, but the video doesnt go with it at all...or make any sense.
 
nice improvement. if you keep stretching you will not lose being limper. when you stop stretching is when you lose being limper, so stay at it. you know the saying " if you don't use it, you lose it"

I keep saying Im going to stretch more. But its one of those things that I forget about. Ill stretch a muscle when its already tight (especially if im working it that day), then Ill forget about it again. I know i need to do better...

Woke up feeling like a new man. That SD had me all sorts of fucked up. So me being me, I took some more! I put 12.5mg in my preworkout (opened up the capsule and poured the powder). Worked pretty good. I mean well, it worked well.
