depending on the ester is how often I pin. 1 to 4 times a week. my TRT is everyone else cycle, so my doses do not matter. ;)

I read in another thread doing some research you went pretty high on your TRT. Im thinking of cruising after my cycle seeing as I'll be 35 and im not worried about having anymore kids. Im trying to figure out how low I can go and have it still be effective.
 
I use Test E for my TRT cruise. I pin 50mg. every other day. consistent blood levels are the key to keeping sides at a minimum. If you are operating under the pretense that true trt is for life or at least until you are at an advanced age then you want to keep the chance of side effects at a minimum. Bacne, hair loss, these are cosmetic but high BP and enlarged prostate are more serious and I can tell you first hand that an enlarged prostate causes issues and from my own personal experiences, enlargement is less with more consistent blood levels. I used to inject 200 or 250mg once a week and its less doing 50 or 75mg. every other day which is 175 or 262.50mg a week. Yes its a pain in the ass(pun intended) but its better in the long run.
Test E at 250mg per ml is 25mg a click so 2 clicks is 50mg and 3 clicks is 75mg.
Figure every other day for 14 days divided by 2 is your per week dose.
I know some go by the 10x rule but my experience is 7x is more realistic. At 50mg eod brings you in at 1200 and 262.5 brings you in at 1800. Both are above normal range but I feel good with no issues at 50 - 75 eod. There's my $.02

I forgot to put this up, but theres a board at my gym that lists the highs in most of the big lifts and members of the 1000 lb and 1500 lb clubs. You just have to have one of the gym staff observe you successfully complete your lift(s).
I had set a goal to join the 1000 lb club by the end of September so I went in tried last week on an "off" day:
Squat - 315
Bench - 325
Deadlift - 365
Total of 1005! So my names on the board!!!...way at the bottom.
But I made it. 1250, here I come.

Question for anyone who "cruises" without a Rx (@Docd187123, @gr8whitetrukker, @brutus79). How many MGs do you pin a week and how often (do you do one, two, 50 pins, etc.?)
Well jay, for a year straight I pinned 500mg a week. I was under the false pretense alot of folks are that EVERY blood test MUST fall within 7-10x. After 4 labs I've collected over my 1st year cruising/cycling I've found that I consistently fall at 4-5x. Ya no joke. So I pinned 500mg a week thinking I'll cruise at 2100-2200 TT. That's what they call a low responder. Yes I'm doctor trukker and this is what I've found.

Now knowing that 4-5x is MY number I've recently backed it way down. For the past month I've come off the higher doses and pin only 150mg a week once a week.

Now I will tell you this over my 1st year cycling/cruising I've smashed personal bests and I was always in a state of building. You can chalk that up to a 500mg a week cruise. On blasts I would add a compound and increase test to 750mg. So if constant growth and advancement is what your after cruising at higher doses is key. Unless you have deniro to add GH to the regimen. Then you can switch in and out like some guys do. Thats not an option for me.

For your information also I've never seen anything negative or alarming thru my labs that would make me want to drop the dose. I did it merely as an experiment in part because of the new knowledge I had gained in regards to my TT numbers. I'm always experimenting. As I plan on being here for the long haul. And my first hand knowledge won't be from others experiences. What I'm saying is I know it cuz I've tried it. Hope that helps

125 wk once a week. I have been running a gram of eq a week for about 14 weeks and I stopped pinning test altogether a couple weeks ago. Every time I bump test up I get zits, so 125 a week is fine for me to maintain 800-850 on bloods and not have any sides. That level is fine for me to maintain body weight as long as I eat enough, although I don't grow past 270 on that dose- Like a brick wall without a little extra help.

How have you felt on the 150? And when do you get tested while cruising?

Currently pinning while on cruise 200-250mg a week. Going to experiment with ~150mg/wk for a while. I pin once a week even on blast

I was thinking 200, but if I could get away with 150 that would be great. Im really less worried about building muscle and more worried about keeping my strength where its at. And I also want to see if I can actually go full sasquatch with the hair!

Thanks. I dont know how you and trukker do it. Im 6 ft and just hitting 240 and its hard on me with all this weight. I cant see making it to 270/280. Plus I forgot to budget for new clothes :(
 
Lookin' good Jay...shoulders are thicker, arms are bigger...but your bicep veins are still there. Strength is coming along...nicely (poor word choice lol).

I hear ya on the weight...it ain't worth it. I got up to 245 and didn't like the way it felt, had to dig out my "Fat Boy" clothes. Been holding at 235 now (10lbs makes a big difference), would love to be 225 and not lose any strength. I'll get there some day. Trukk and Brutus are 6' 1" and 6' 2" respectfully, but weighing 280 and pushing for 300 was a bit much...imo...to each his own though..
I do it cuz I think some day I'll be proud of what I built. Your going forwards or going backwards. Not alot of dudes can pull 280 and still look athletic and thin in the waist. So I choose to play to my strengths. I've never looked like a bodybuilder imo. More or less an athlete. Alot of strength to and from transitions at that weight. In other words don't get in my way. I'm a beast at work cuz of it and I'm constantly reminded how my 2x relaxed dickies work shirt can't hide my size. I guess you can say I'm addicted. 300 sounds nice to be honest. It's very hard eating but worth it. Hell I can always shrink to smaller size if I want.

If you look at pics of brutus and I you see similarities. We both have long torso and long arms which helps in how much mass can be carried. Even among other men our height their are huge differences in physique makeup. Whether he gets there before me or is striving to get there it keeps me motivated as fuck. Why? Because I can't let him beat me. Friendly competition I guess. But it keeps me chasing and motivated! That I'm very greatful for.

You're at the point now IMO where you won't even need he cruise to maintain your strength. It will feet will help though depending on what your TT levels are without the gear and on the cruise dose. Either way you won't need a crazy dose to cruise on

Big ups on joining the 1k club brother Jay! Did you record each lift on the same day or was it separate days?

All the same day. Actually the day after my heavy day, so I mightve been able to go a little higher. But when I did it I went in, did the 3 lifts (with a little warmups), and went home.

I feel subhuman :(

I've been off cycle for 4 weeks now. Dropped cals in half. With my new dose of 150 I feel very normal. Not what you want if progress is your goal. But I'll stay like this till december. A forced deload you can say. I believe the body needs rest. From drugs, weights and food. Lost some weight and strength for sure. For God sakes just 4 weeks ago I was barbell incline pressing 300x8 for 4 sets. Yesterday I barely managed 265x5 for 1 set :(
