Jay you pick a program based on your individuality. Your recovery, your goals, your workload capacity, your conditioning, your tolerance towards volume and intensity, your current strength levels etc. Just bc someone else does more volume doesn't mean it will benefit you anymore than what you're doing. Progress is progress and everyone will expeirence it to a different degree.

I realize that. Its just with the weight %s and reps already figured out I feel like I have more to give a lot of days / weeks. Especially with AAS in the equation. I started this program and I want to finish it before I come to any conclusion, but I think I could be doing more than I am right now. More reps and / or more weight.

Volume Day aka Like A Boss

Been feeling a lil shitty lately. Not hungry, force feeding myself. Not sleeping right, force sleeping myself.

Bent Barbell Row - didnt plan on starting here but squat rack and benches were being used and the gym was closing soon, so...

Legs felt great today. Had no problems, until set 4. I dont know why but I always get tired at set 4 and have to hype myself up for the last one.

5 sets. Weight? I dont know. The dude at the gym actually turned the lights off on me. But I wasnt leaving until I was done...like a boss!

5RM aka Notorious aka the case of the Magnificent Magic Chicken

Ill start off by saying I was feeling like shit for 2 weeks. Couldnt eat. Sleeping for maybe an hour straight a night, and struggling through workouts.

It got so bad Thursday that I was gonna pull the plug on my blast and start cruising. I got off work. Too tired and weak to eat. Then a female friend who works at a restraunt called and checked on me. Said she was gonna bring me food. She brought me fajitas and a gang of chicken wings, at least 50. Her store had made too many. So I took a bite, and magically felt better. Then I ate all the food. Woke up friday feeling great. THANK YOU CHICKEN!!!

I saved the best for last. 45 minutes before my workout I took my halo. Got 350 x 1 on bench, super clean. Got 375 x 1 on DL, couldve done more. Both PRs. I now officially love halo. I think the sickness was holding me back.

I want to take this opportunity to apologize to halo, i am truly sorry.



Also I want to say my clothes dont fit. I put on some jeans and a shirt last night I had not worn in about 3 months, that was a big NO GO :(

Volume Day aka Sh*t

Had a lot going on the last few days. Moved to a horrible new place. Changed my work schedule, which has changed my workout schedule. Not much sleep, but still feeling pretty good. Before anyone asks, the warmups were high because I had a lot of energy and work frustration to burn off. It wont be normal. Thank God for halo!
