I'm Back
I went in today planning on doing low weight at high volume, kind of like a mix between my volume and active recovery days, but I was feeling pretty good.
As
@Mr.B66 said, the week off did me good. I lost some weight and a little power, but I have no soreness/tightness at all.

As I said, I planned on doing some high volume but things changed. Im really happy about the reps above 300. They were easy and I couldve done more weight / reps.
Squats

350 is a new 1 rep PR and I got 2. Couldve done a lot more here too. I got lower than I ever have because I wasnt tight at all.
Bent Barbell Rows

Funny story, I dropped the barbell here kind of hard and it bounced up and scraped my finger. Rubbed off a bunch of skin. I didnt notice until blood was going everywhere. The people at the front desk were freakin out.

Thats all. Good workout. Ill be taking a few days off and getting back to the normal routine tuesday. And yes, I am eating like a "freed POW".
