Recovery Day aka How Deep

After a long day at work, but before I went in, I got my haircut. Out here all the barbers are women. I went to the shop and she cut my hair. Then she asked if I wanted a shampoo. I said No, but she insisted, said no cost. I finally agreed and she shut the door (we were the only ones there). Then she gave me a great shampoo and massage, and started feeling on my chest and going lower slowly...and I fell asleep. Yep.

Intensity Day aka 99 Problems

Bad workout today. I was tired as hell. Been working everyday for 3 weeks straight (today is the last day). Plus my elbows and knees had some pretty bad aches n pains. Is this the "joint" pain people speak of? Any remedies?

Ok. I have a "problem". Theres this woman who wants to start working out with me. She hot (and has a crazy ass, @Docd187123 would approve), but my gym time is my special time. I really dont want to have to change my workouts for her (or talk), and she cant do what I do. But I also really want to see her butt naked on my bed on her hands and knees lookin back at me, and this is my best chance to make it happen.
What to do?

What to do?

I lift with a woman pretty regularly. She's shorter than me so we need to change the bar height for things like squats and OHP between our sets as well as the weigh. She helps me change the plates even when I tell her she can just rest and I got it. She talks a bit too much for my liking but has a sick squat and is serious about lifting so it doesn't bother me to lift with her.

She definetly serious, which is a plus. I guess I could give it a try. If for no other reason to be right there while she squats and she her in her bootie shorts / spandex (did I mention her ass is sick?)

Also forgot to mention I did 3 sets of pull ups and 3 sets of chinups (AMAP) to end my workout. Just BW. And my AMAP is not much now. Even with my strength increases my weight increase has counter acted it...:(
 
Im still trying to get back in the game after my marriage ended. Im too old to do all the clubs and bars (plus Im not into that scene) so I really dont meet too many woman now days. My 2 go to spots are the gym and grocery store.

I'm with you on that - gym and grocery store. I recommend taking a couple in person classes at the local institute of higher learning...its worked well for me :)

Squats went well. I ate something in between sets. Poptart? No. Twinkie? No. A freakin Kripsy Kreme. Yeah. I went there. People looked. They were jealous!

Did high volume on the warm up to loosen up my elbows. It helped.

Had a crazy pump after my workout. And felt super Alpha. Like super alpha. So alpha I thought I could strangle a panda bear to death with my bare hands (and before you say its a panda, key word is BEAR. They have claws. Sure theyre cute, but I bet one would fuck you up). There were no zoo's open, so that'll have to wait for another day.
Also weight is at 236. Up about 4 lbs from after my loss. And its good weight. I started putting on a little fat before because my diet got loose. Ive tightened it up and the SD is helping.
