Ya finally played a song I've heard...lol

Im lovin the halo. Its a different compound than im used to. Doesnt do anything physically as far as size or look, but it helps with strength... a lot. Not just the 1rm, but overall workout. I have more to put in through a whole training session. Ive heard about the aggression, but didnt really feel it until today. But im taking lower doses than many people take because its so toxic.

I probably wont touch it again until I find a competition, but with my training focusing on strength, i love it.


And dont worry too much about the music. Lots of people who listen to hip hop havent heard these songs. My playlist has been getting more diverse lately though. More linkin park, papa roach, and a few others. Nothing too hardcore though.

It feels good, but I was already there years ago before I started slacking on legs. So it kind of just reminds me that Im a slacker. At least the DL and bench PRs seem legit because I was never great at those before.

But it did feel good having all those plates on. And I got a few looks, which is always nice :D
 
UPDATE: Feeling shitty again. My medicine never made it. I have doc appt for tomorrow, but i dont know when ill be back in the gym. Hopefully a few days. If so ill post the workout, if not ill post my wrap up.

Update to my Update: went to the doc. He gave me ALL the medicine. If you name it, i have it. Pain pills. Pills to help with my UC. Midol. ED pills. Cancer pills. Gender reassignment pills...etc.

Ill be back soon. Ill get at least two more workouts posted before im done. Hopefully I havent lost too much strength. I had a dream last week of attempting 375 on the bench...

I haven't had a bender in a LONG time. I never was much for bar hopping tho. Friends and a huge bonfire. That's the way I roll. No chance to drink&drive and drinks are way cheaper

My last logged workout. Even though I missed some time Im determined to finish out strong. Maybe set some PRs, so I took 40mg of Halo...

375 x 1 - PR. Got caught at the bottom. My spotter tried to help. I had to pull the weight back. I was gonna get a hernia before I didnt get it up!
