I get that part. I guess to make it simple; is a gram of aas always just a gram or does 500 mg of aas 1 + 300 mg of aas 2 + 200 mg of aas 3 matter?
Just as far as how it effects your body in a negative way, recovery time needed, etc...
 
I think it can be both ways. Obviously a gram of test isn't as harsh as a gram of tren. I think that's too open ended of a question. If you have 2 specific ideas to compare that may be a better way to look at it. Additionally everyone reacts different for different compounds. So it will vary by individual

Yea. It was hard to word.

I guess simply put, i had a mg/wk idea of test for my cruise. But was thinking of dropping the test to a lower dosage and adding in another compound. So it would still be the same mg/wk...just 2 compounds. I didnt know if that would be harsher on the body.

But from your persective, youre saying yes, types of aas do matter, not just amount used.
 
So for instance is 300mg/w of test better or worse than 150mg/w test and 150mg/w Deca? I personally like the idea that when you cruise you do so to give your body a break. But I guess a blood test will be the real answer. As long as the Deca doesn't screw RBC or other things then I guess either one would be ok
 
Another thought Jay is that our bodies need testosterone. And testosterone at even 200mg a week is effective for trt. Other compounds like EQ, Mast, Deca, and others, aren't REALLY effective at low doses and I imagine that Tren, Dbol, Anadrol are effective at 350mg a week but over the long haul they would be hepatoxic and probably not a good idea. I've actually thought about the same thing that you asked. If I would do 600mg of test a week for a while could I split that 600mg between test and something else. With all the research I've done my conclusion was that anything that would be safe at that dose long term would be less effective than test at the same dosage and anything that would be equally effective would probably have more side and possibly do harm long term. There are plenty of members here that are more knowledgeable than me and my conclusion was drawn by simply reading multiple AAS profiles and my personal experiences with different compounds but my conclusion seems rational to me.

Yeah. I thought about it and thought better of it. I think the 1st few days post cycle are always the hardest for me. But I think this cruise dose should help me keep my strength right...
 
Im going to srart with 300 split into two doses of 150 (Test E). Might move it down.
I always came off cycle with a pct, and after about 2-3 months i would loose a lot of size and strength and this last cycle was no different. But after about 6 weeks i thought " fuck this" ima cruise on 200mg testE.
Well i had lost about 7lbs by then, but after a month on cruise i was back up to cycle weight and almost as strong. Should have done this years ago, would have saved me alot of grief both mentally and physically.
 
300mg should be more than plenty to maintain strength. You don't even need to cruise if you want to pct instead.

Im gonna make a go of it this time. Especially because I do eventually want to compete and I dont want to start further back.

At my age Im a lot less worried about the effects long tern than these young bucks. Im done having kids.

But ill start at 300 and if Im good I might back down a little until I see its too little to be benificial.

Hahaba chronologically I'm still one of those young bucks and do think about kids.

If you can find a dose that also doesn't require an AI you'll be that much better off.

Do you have a tentative date set for getting your feet wet at a meet?

I would do it anytime just for the experience. But where Im at now theres no chance. Im looking for something Late jan - early feb because ill be in a better area. Otherwise I just keep looking.

You're looking into all the different Feds right? Hopefully something will pop up for you for that time.
