Jay Max Log (Switching from BB to PL and a place to BS)

Maybe some day I'll try for a bench pr. I've never felt what 375 is like. Must be heavy?

Im sure you could do more if you did 1RMs. It took me a minute to work up the nerve to try though. Most Ive ever even tried before was 365. I think i put 375 on and looked at the bench for about 10 minutes picturing it crush my chest.

I haven't pr'd on bench since high school. 375 is impressive man. More than I ever tried :)

I started this journey a few months ago with a dream. A dream to put on mass, say fuck aesthitics, and lift some heavy ass weight!

And that I did.

The plan was 600mg/week of Test C.
I added 2 weeks of dbol to start. Did 2 weeks of sdrol in the middle until the sides got too heavy, and finished with 4 weeks of low dose sdrol and halo on my heavy & volume lifting days.

There were some ups and downs. Lost some weight. Got sick. Got back at it.

Fucking A Man Good Shit!!! Put on 30+ lbs and still cut. Damn crazy jump in strength as well...it's mind blowing!! Happy for ya, the switch worked out very well!!

The log was a good read, I'm gonna miss it...especially the music I've never heard. :( lol I do hope ya do another, but yeah they are some work.

LOL This fucking song. Me and a few buddies did a lip sync to this song at a talent show in high school....it was a cluster fuck!! But we won....bc we were the ONLY idiots dumb enough to enter.:oops:

No shirtless pics for me, probably ever. When I first got sick my doc (who meant well) gave me WAY to much prednisone for WAY to long. Biggest side effect wss it caused some bad looking stretch marks in my stomach. So even when its tight it looks bad. More to me than anyone else...

Boyz II Men were the sh*t for awhile. I never thought they would disappear.
 
All I can say is that for 12 weeks you kicked ass!!! You put on an impressive amount of bodyweight and your lifts improved dramatically. I was MIA for 9 weeks but when I came back I read everything I missed. Great log, great job. I hope you are satisfied with what you've done because you should be. Respect my friend.

P.S. It seems by the pictures that as you got stronger you got whiter. If you keep PLing you may end up with red hair and freckles.

I agree he does look whiter. Kind of like colon Powell whiter

LMAO. Thats what happens every year as I move from summer to winter. If y'all see me in february i'll look like a ghost. :)
 
Weird question, I was gonna start another thread but decided, why not do it here...

As far as negative effects on the body, does it matter more how much your using (mg/week) or the types of aas?

Meaning is 1 gram of test c a week equal to 500 mg of cyp and 500mg of eq a week as far as the negatives on your body? Or is it the type of aas used that determines how negatively it effects you?

I dont know if thats worded right or not, im not so good wit doze werds n stuff.
