Even though it was only a couple months, it feels different to go workout and not have to log it. Like a monkey is off my back.

What are you scared of?LMAO. Dont tempt me. You see I was already trying to justify adding more in...
What are you scared of?
Random make believe stories of instant death?
lolIm just trying to be somewhat "responsible"
My advice is give yourself 8-12 weeks to prepare for a meet. Not to just get the body ready but you'll have 2-3months to let the mind come along to. Which, in my opinion is one of the biggest factors of lifting.
Also continue to log your lifting on a day to day basis. Doesn't have to be on here. Pen and paper works great. I will never stop now that I have. It allows me to objectively see what works and what doesn't. Especially when you start including diet into your logging and what you did peri workout as far as nutrition.
Fuck it I cruised at 500 for all last year.
Im about ready to do the same as truck. Maybe after this blast I will start. Decesions an decisions bahahaLMAO. Dont tempt me. You see I was already trying to justify adding more in...

SweetSo this weekend Im entering a power competition. Im away from home and the gym im using now is having a bench/squat/dead/push-up/pull-up contest.
Each event is separate. And you only get one chance once youve started the lift. (Push-up and pull-up is how many you can do timed).
Im going to see what I can do in bench and squat. Maybe DL depending on what order everything goes in.
Sweet
What's ur pull up/push up count look like?
This event sounds small. Right up my alley. I was in to PL in my teen years. I went to 1 official meet. Sounds alot like this one. Wasn't real strict. Shorts and a shirt of some sort. Knee wraps allowed. A medium sized gymnasium with a few stations set up. Weight classes and all. I did well won 3rd place my first go. And I never even practiced the deadlift. I learned that day of my meet. Hell all I ever wanted to do when I was 16 was bench.
I was the 189 class 16 yrs old
B 315
Squat 270
Deadlift 405
You should of seen me try to deadlift lol. I got the 405 alright wasn't pretty but I'd be damned if that wasn't coming off the ground.
You should do good? Checked out the competition yet?
Well you can at least count on 12 th place if all else fails lol
Joking I'm joking
Really tho...can't let some beavers beat ya
Let us know how it shakes down. What's the prize? A hot little Japanese number who's a sex slave for life?
