Jay Max Log (Switching from BB to PL and a place to BS)

I rate burger King dead last in my list of available fast food. Just sayin
I hear you big man, but you gotta remember i live on an island and we dont have all those burger places ive seen you guys talk about a while back. Like 5 guys and... Well cant remember the others but you get it.
 
REALLY!!! Personally i just make my own with organic grass fed beef or bison , but if you'd rather drown yourself I'd watch !!!! ' while i ate my homemade burger'.

I switched up my form on these months ago after watching a video of MP do his. I have no idea how he does almost 400 close hand...he's a beast!

Since Ive put on weight all these BW exercises have become much harder. I thought my strength gains would equal my weight gains, guess not.
