I go in for mine next wednesday. Your log gives me hope. My repair is only at umbilical. The scar wont even run up. Smiley face under button thats it.
Any direct core work yet?

Not yet (but I dont often do any). But Im able to do DLs and Squats with 0 discomfort. Truthfully Exceot for the fact I can feel the scar and mesh I wouldnt know. It healed very quickly, but if I were to go back I wouldnt have done DLs the first 2 weeks. Just for peace of mind.
You can feel the mesh inside like rubbing against stuff?
I actually forgot about that. In Cali it was always Chuck E Cheese, but when I visited my cousin in Ohio they had showbiz pizza.
No. Just if I touch myself there. I can feel the difference in how it used to feel. Mostly because I was always feeling the area pre surgery
It was Kentucky where I used to go to it. My dad took me once and I used like $10-20 in quarters to beat a ninja turtles game. I think it was turtles in time.
Its funny. I was just talking to a dude yesterday about those games and how there arent arcades anymore. Home video game systems are cool, but thete was nothing like pumping in quarters and actually beating an arcade game...and getting to out your initials in.
No training update. Bitter sweet day for me. Took my uniform off for the last time today...officially done with the Army. Happy to be done, but also sad to be done.

Thanks for service.
Leaving a "job" for a new one is said to be not so easy. Good luck on your new endeavor
Thanks. Still looking. Its a little scary not having a job for the first time in well over a decade.
I hear ya.
I fall in the kinda lucky category. I started a job at 19. Im a union member but more importantly i reall enjoy my job. Been there going on 28 years. Retirement is in my sights
The good thing for me is Im retired and get paid. But I still have some debts and my son. I can actually take a little time to find a job I like now. Once my debt is gone and my son is good I could actually call it quits...but he is only 4 so there's some years left
The mutha fuckin DD214 BABAY!!!!No training update. Bitter sweet day for me. Took my uniform off for the last time today...officially done with the Army. Happy to be done, but also sad to be done.
First time using it on this past cycle. My "guy" didnt send the entire order i asked for so i didnt get the duration or dose i was hoping for. I only ran it at 25mg a day to get a couple weeks out of it. Showed some promising stuff. I like that it competes for receptors which suites my type of cycling. That is with no AI. Even on my last run of 3 grams@gr8whitetrukker, Ive seen you talking about using winny. I have some Im thinking of throwing in after the SD is done...wondering why you liked it so much?
Thanks for your service and when one door closes another one opens. Why not spend time with your son and family then start on something bigger and better! No training update. Bitter sweet day for me.
