Made the drive from WA to CA yesterday. Still tired as hell, working to get the motivation to go lift today...

Also these next few weeks should be interesting. I got a house that I cant move into until Halloween, until then Im staying in my parents den, which makes trying to pin pretty hard.

Trying to get out to cali next year. Week in vegas week in cali then back to vegas

But until i retire i couldnt move to far from where i kive now which is very close to bronx. Lov da bronx

You try any direct core work yet?

I did some weighted sit ups Saturday. No issues except I my weight used was low since its been so long.
 
I know Ive said it before, but I felt 200% better after. You dont realize how much it effects you until it doesnt anymore. The first few days after will suck, but its worth it.

Yea now was the time. I had my shoulder done aug 16th. I took 3 months leave. Shoulder is ready but i figure do the hernia now and force another month rest on the shoulder
 
Here's this weeks training. I couldnt go today because the damn gym was closed here. Luckily I checked before I went since it's a Holiday. Chris Columbus was known to be buff and juiced like crazy, don't know why it was closed.

Question for anyone reading, I usually do M/W/F/S but since I missed this week I have 3 options:

A)Go T/Th/S/S. But this means I'll have 3 days straight at some point

B)Go T/Th/S and skip BBing day for one week. I really like BBing day though.

C) Just permantly switch to T/Th/S/S...which cuts into NFL time Sundays
 
Im loving it so far. I dont know if youll be doing the same as me or youre doing the version where you do all lifts everyday, but its good.
Are you doing the newest version that he just put out (or is putting out, I'm not sure)? I'll be doing the version from 365strong, and looking at your layout, I believe we'll be doing the same one, but I'm not sure what he's changed in the newest version (there's 3 now)

Either way, glad you're liking it... are you able to do enough work on your hypertrophy day to feel you're not neglecting anything throughout the week?

Yeah. Its enough. Its all in how you break it down with accessories. But its a good mix IMO.
 
Went to my new gym today...hated it! The equipment is outdated and all the platforms had freakin smith machines on them. Since Im retired from the Army I can use the local bases gym free, but I may have to pay for one.
