Decided to upload a few more pics today. I have been getting great results with my tris by varing my hand positions-I think BigB posted something about that-I hold a lot of fat in my tris to they have always been a problem for me. My legs have finally become somthing I can work with--all thanks to Dennis and his ideas for varying my wt loads. Butt has grow which is nice and calves are getting a bit larger than I would like but I haven't done any isolation on them so it has to be from just my squats. Maybe if I train them maybe they will get a bit tighter..Any ideas on what I need to focus on speak up

Hey great work sports and good with the courage to photo yourself and look for insight. You look great, if there were something i would ask you what are your intentions ? you have a great physique i would almost go as far to say you are a mesomorph !.
if your gonna cut carbs are you going to cycle them like 2 weeks off then bring them back in to like 34-40 grams a day ??
oh and ah nice glute
