Just did my first shot of Test Prop

Decided to upload a few more pics today. I have been getting great results with my tris by varing my hand positions-I think BigB posted something about that-I hold a lot of fat in my tris to they have always been a problem for me. My legs have finally become somthing I can work with--all thanks to Dennis and his ideas for varying my wt loads. Butt has grow which is nice and calves are getting a bit larger than I would like but I haven't done any isolation on them so it has to be from just my squats. Maybe if I train them maybe they will get a bit tighter..Any ideas on what I need to focus on speak up:)

Hey great work sports ;) and good with the courage to photo yourself and look for insight. You look great, if there were something i would ask you what are your intentions ? you have a great physique i would almost go as far to say you are a mesomorph !.

if your gonna cut carbs are you going to cycle them like 2 weeks off then bring them back in to like 34-40 grams a day ??

My goals have changed a lot since I have been able to get such great results...when I started here I was looking to lose some bodyfat and tighten up after letting myself go from being prego now I am just pushing myself as far as I can go with muscle growth. I would love to be the size of the fitness competitors but I know their physic is alot of nutrition-plus great muscles. I am still in need of the muscle part, and the diet:rolleyes: Like I said just trying to grow without gaining too much fat.

As for the carbs right now I am going to keep them around 1.5 grams/LBM but I have been eating everything lately...not too good, I know. Trying to eat completely fresh foods. Once my cycle is over I will slowing bring down my carbs. Been told to hold off though 4 a month or so to not loose the growth I worked for.
 
Well I cut the TestP down to 10mg eod and added in some of the var I had left over-- at 10mg everyday. My voice was screwing with me. Although I love the results I got on it and want them to continue I dont want to much virilization so early in starting with gear. My frogginess is getting lighter, not gone though. I also saw another side the hair on my legs got a bit darker. My arm and leg hair is thin and clear...lol.cant see them at all--but now you can make out some hair on my legs when you look close. This morning I was 143. I have been good with my diet but on saturday we had some family over for ST.Pat's and I had a huge piece of cake..and soda bread. Couldnt help it. Plus I have become addicted to banana and PB sandwiches. I have been watching my carbs but not enough to get me too low. OH and I got the ECA Xtreme...best stuff so far. I was talking way fast and didnt even realise it. Lasted about an hour or so.
 
hey sporty i gotta catch up on this cycle ... quick question ... your voice changed at the beginning the cycle right? or did it screw with you when you used the anavar?
 
I hope I am lucky enough to get to see some great ass pics.;) Still waiting....

But my voice started to crack about 5 weeks in I would guess. Started just in the morning and then it stayed longer into the day then has been pretty much most of the day. Then started to get baratonish...cant spell. After decreasing the T its started to lighten up again but still cracks and is deeper than normal.. Dropped the T down last Friday and added the var.

Was able to have a normal gasm last night...without too much extra effort. Sex drive has decreased though. Whooha swelling seems to have decreased already too. There is a noticable "throbbing" in the nether-regions about 24 hours after I inject the T still though.
 
Man, is it just me or is your log the best as far as updates? I mean everyone just says their weight, but you get into it... well... you and Bman lol. How many days have you been on Var?
 
Well I am back again. I figured I definitly gave myself knee tendenitis this cycle. The are both killing me when I bend on top and bottom of my knee cap. I went online and it said to avoid jumping exercises...never jumped..so any other ideas of what to do for my legs? So pissed that I finally got them some gains and now this. My luck.

Sex drive is still here but nothing like it was. Still having sex a few times a week though. Gasms are hit or miss. But I have gotten use to it and just take what I can get:o

Voice pitch is slowing getting back to normal but somedays it is a lot deeper than others.

Strength is slightly less but I am still on 10 mg of T eod and 10 mg var-so maybe when I stop completly it will somewhat decrease. I have started to feel the soreness again from time to time.

Dont think I left anything out..my brother is now calling me Starla for those who have seem Neapoleon Dynamite.

Measurements have all remained the same since last time.

How much longer do you plan on staying on for? Did you jump in weight too quick with your legs? I know that big jump in strength is tempting when on but have to remember about the tendons.

See now I coulda just said you need to spend less time on your knees but I didn't go there [:o)][:o)]

That probably contributed to distroying my knees too hugh?;)
But I really didn't train my legs for strenght the way I should have. This has been the first time that I was able to do OLY bar squats. That definitly was where I added my strength and the wt stack. I started slow and added as I could but nothing crazy. I kept my reps to 10-12 sometimes higher. So the wt amt shouldn't have been that much on my knees right? I do sit indian style most of the day-wonder if this is no good either.

Sporty, About those knees..I really messed mine up two years ago.I went and talked to a pro bb about wrapping and or wearing knee support's of some type while I lifted.He asked me how long I was warming up the knees on leg day.I told him"not much".He said "Bingo" theres your problem.He suggested 10 minutes bike and then 30 -40 light reps leg extensions..low and behold it made all the difference in the world.:)

Thanks D I will give that a try the next time i do legs. I pretty much do warm ups all day for my legs though. Like mock squats with no weight while I am waiting for things. My family thinks I'm nuts. Maybe I am just overworking the joint. My dentist says I do the same thing to my jaw chewing gum...I guess I am just a little to obsessive about everything. :o
 
Ok this will be my last post in this thread. As for my sides post cycle...its been over a week off...appetite is down..energy is down too but isnt bad once I start workingout. Sex drive is gone. I don't know how your guys' ladies are but even if I am not in the mood--once I am toyed with--i get there. Not so this week. Horrible feeling. so frustrating-worse than no orgasms. Anyway, my sleep sucks too..I wake up 2-3 times a night but I think this may be b/c of eating too late-and too many glasses of wine. My voice is clearing up slowly too. Only hoarse in the morning.

I will start a new thread when I start to lean out. I think I will start this after this weekend. I just bought my Christmas present...in April..a schwinn elliptical, to add a little cardio in my life again. And I am going to take my carbs down slowly at first--just cutting out breads,pasta, and rice. I orders some of Omega's stuff so I will give that a shot too.
