Just did my first shot of Test Prop

Well this week totally sucked for me. I only got one good workout in since last weekend. So I didn't bother taking any measurments..not that they would have moved much in a week anyhow.

Funny thing this morning my dad was over taping out our basement and I kinda blew my top on someone...anyway. Later that day he asked why I got so irate and said and i quote " I thought you might be roid'in by the way you lost it." I couldn't believe it. I don't know if that is his passive way of tryng to clue me in on assuming I was using or if he was joking. then he complimented me on the size of my arms. Kinda weird coming from my pops.

But anyway. My week sucked. Guess it was my turn:o
 
Hey Sporty, sorry your week sucked, keep your head up!

And when your on cycle for some reason passing comments like that always have you thinking "oh crap, do they know" and it is usually just that, a passing comment. I had 3 people ask me what I am on last week and i haven't cycled in 2 years, THANK YOU is all I can say to them :D
 
If someone asks you what your on... just reply... "my way to the gym :D"

Sporty why dnt u just extend ur cycle by 2/3 weeks and use the last couple weeks to cut down? honestly on my cycles, ill bulk up ... lose my abs sometimes, sometimes ill just eat whatever ii want ... bulk up hard ... and then just cut back down on the last few weeks of the cycle - 3/4 weeks is usually more than enough... then up the calories back when ii come off and use a thermo to keep the fat at bay ... i dunno, jst a suggestion ... use a thermo the month you come off .. it'll give you energy as well as break down fat ... then - 5weeks after going off, just start dieting down again ... u wnt have to do it as drastically either ...

just a suggestion ...
 
honestly sporty, i just use ECA ... it has a life span of around 8hours i beleive, so its pretty damn effective, not mention, fat loss is great - and muscle retention and energy during workotus ... have you used it before?
 
Havent been able to find any quality stuff since ephedra was banned. Tryed the vaspro hcl stuff with really no success. so not sure as to what to try.
 
That ECA Extreme has really been keeping my energy up while on the DNP, also increases the heat. As far as the shakes, really not there at all but I really feel the heat when I take my second one of the day.
 
ECA Extreme and Lipodrene are both pretty good. And not to bad in price either
Only problem for me is when I use these products I lose my apetite...then lose size ! Since you had a bad week of gym work totally change up your routine this week to a very high rep low weight gig like you did before....then the next week go back to your normal routine..just a thought..//??:o
 
Thats what I did yesterday for legs...i dont feel too sore but i still have the jiggly weak feeling..so I am glad i went that way. I hate trying to lift hard after beeing off for a week..my neck for some reason always gets super sore and kinda gives me a head ache..Any ideas what that is from?

Bman ephedra was banned down here but you can find some stuff that works but i have been having a hard time finding stuff that works for me...I miss the jittery feeling of ephedra. Made me know it was working. All the OTC stuff now doesnt do a thing for me. But I am definitly going to try some of the ECA Extreme.

miss the jittery feeling eh? haha i hate that feeling lol - i remember runnng eca and having my hands trempble - was brutal ..., great stuff though - loved to take it before a workout, would be sweating buckets, it was beautiful
 
Time for the update. Still no menstral cycle since january...not that I am complaining. I am getting a few excuriating pimples every once and awhile. And some heartburn at night. My voice has remained froggy for the last week or so. Sounds like I am getting over a cold. To be honest it is the only side that is concerning me. From what I have read it should clear up after I cease my cycle..but I am a bit worried its gonna remain. It doesn't sound manly or anything but the excuse "my humidifier is broken and the dryness is messin with my throat" wont get me by for much longer. Especially if it never clears up. My hair seems to be growing super fast. Not sure if it is the protein or the T or combination of both. Sex drive seems to be winding down though. Finding it harder to reach "climax"..hope not too much info. Still completely in the mood though when provoked:D

My measurments are bouncing all around...I have been changing up my workouts and have gotten more growth in my upper body.

I am going to start cutting some carbs out of my diet starting tomorrow to see how my progress goes. My weight hasn't moved really at all i am now at 141. I am wondering if I am replacing my fat wt with muscle. I am much leaner in my legs and arms. But who knows lets see what happens when I get more conscious of my carbs.
 
Good job yet again Sporty, showing nice constant growth in your upper body. Have you been slacking in the legs or they just don't keep up and grow as fast? I'm mean it's not a huge difference so I wouldn't really worry about it too much.
How much longer do you have to go? Keep up the good work!
 
I have been hitting my legs hard as hell...at least for me..but I did hold most of my fat in my thighs so the only thing I can assume is that they are leaning out. I will be posting a few pics in a week or so...need to eat better...not sure how long I will go with this cycle...I may end it early and start some var....or cut back on the T by 1/2 and add in var with it.
 
Being that I hang out on the "Men's Forum", and I am not a bodybuilder, I will not speak to your goals surrounding body composition...however...

Male characteristics should not be taken lightly (if you or any other female wants to stay feminine). My guess is that metablization of DHT has deepened your voice. DHT being the most potent androgen, does not benefit muscle mass. DHT has also probably helped your libido in a sense of clitoris sensitivity. There are arguments on both sides if voice deepening will be permanent. However, if your clitoris gets significantly larger, that is probably permanent.

Again, not for bodybuilding, but for famales - I would keep your estradiol and progesterone in check. Your testerone/estradiol ratio is probably out of wack. If your DHT is higher than normal, your progesterone has probably dropped. Estradiol and progesterone keep you feminine (breasts, vaginal lubrication, etc.). I am not a doctor, but you may want to consider progesterone supplementation to counteract DHT. I would suggest Estradiol supplementation also but since you are bodybuilder it will interfere with bloating, etc

After a while on this cycle you have probably experience various negative feedback loops where many endogenous hormones have started to become suppressed. These hormones affect neurotransmitters in your brain....this could eventually lead to losing the libido you have gained.

When trying to accomplish more than just bodybuilding as a female (libido, sense of well being, overall bone health, etc.) it becomes a complex matrix of events. Obviously a well versed doctor could attempt to help.

Just chiming in because I enjoy a female sharing their hormone experiences...there aren't many out there.

Decided to upload a few more pics today. I have been getting great results with my tris by varing my hand positions-I think BigB posted something about that-I hold a lot of fat in my tris to they have always been a problem for me. My legs have finally become somthing I can work with--all thanks to Dennis and his ideas for varying my wt loads. Butt has grow which is nice and calves are getting a bit larger than I would like but I haven't done any isolation on them so it has to be from just my squats. Maybe if I train them maybe they will get a bit tighter..Any ideas on what I need to focus on speak up:)
