Just did my first shot of Test Prop

It would be interesting to see what your test levels are at these doses.How is your energy ,drive, etc?
You can def see the increase in size on your arms and a greater degree of definition . Looking great Sporty!
 
My energy level is pretty much the same until I start to workout or do something strenuous(.sp?) then I can see a definite increase. I have also found that my need to eat is becoming a demanding force. I could go hours without even thinking of eating when I was busy...not now though. I don't have that drive to want to workout all the time though. Something I thought would be aparent. I have needed a whole lot more sleep at night too But that might be my getting more lazy from trying to give my body more time to rest. I just feel like I am draggin my butt out of bed in the morning.
 
Nice job Sporty. I think your arms are looking better then most of the guys at my gym ( and yes that was meant as a compliment!)

You're taxing your body... Make sure you're sleeping enough.. I wonder how your cortisol and prolactin is, do women even have that issue? Hrmm.. Also.. Make sure your diet is on point.. Whole carbs when you wake up, pre and post work out doesnt work for me.. I need to eat carbs my first 3-4 meals of the day, stick to protein preworkout and post.. The smaller and more frequent the meals the more sustained my energy is when im not being 'aggressive' under the weights.

Thanks for the support guys...I am going to start to keep a food log here too just so I stick to what I should. I will start this tonight. Cant wait to see some of you alls logs soon!!

Hey all its going really well--thanks for asking. This Friday will be 4 weeks on. No hair growth,I did get some acne but it was when I was suppose to get my period (which never came) and has since cleared so I think it was the globs of hormones messing with me. My hooha still has a swolleness but no size increase. The only thing that seems to be a side is in the morning I have the froggie morning voice for much longer than normal but that too clears up but the afternoon. Kinda feels like i have something caught in my throat. Sex drive is still roaring.Hell some women who are on T should write a book about how sex is sooo much better with a little T in the system...for those of us FAR from menopause. Definitly the Viagra for women. Strength is finally really showing a big difference. It was increased --but the last week or so really shot up. No aggression at all. My weight is now staying around 139. My inches didnt change much but my strength did. Wondering if my change to heavier wts for strength will slow down the hypertrophy? I am going to have to bring down the wt anyway b/c I hurt my rt shoulder doing standing OLY presses. Not really hurt but is sore that I can tell isnt in a good way.

I grow when I up the weights and lower the reps, I look more full and pumped when I do high rep work with lower weights.. So every couple of weeks I change it up.. I'm still trying to figure out what works best for me, and i'm still a heifer..

I didn't think you would get a clenis on your first cycle.. You may notice some hair loss when you come off, hopefully not. For the acne, use PanOxyl bar after you've washed with your regular soap..

Watch the shoulder but continue with small weight increases on other movements.
 
Jug I read that there was a woman who took 6 mg a day with a slin needle for the increase in sex drive and over all good attitude...Dont know for how long she used it though. It will absolutely make both of you VERY happy...It makes intimacy like the first times you were together...
 
I was sold from just reading your post about your hooha lol :D.
Have you ever tried to run it through a slin? I wouldnt think the viscosity would allow that fine of a needle?
 
I use a 100 unit slin needle with 25 guage..The T prop I have is soo smooth. I dont even have to warm it up or anything. But then again I am only doing 20 units per shot.
 
Yeah, it will be nice and smooth when you cut it with that much grape seed oil.
Just take it easy with the large strength gains, don't want to hurt anything badly ;)
 
Watch that shoulder on bb incline bench press !My wife missed 4 periods in a row when she was on var/test.The hooha goes back to normal when cycle is over......Unless you stay on for a very long time . I would not worry about the clenis thing;)I have said it a hundred times on here but here goes again"Husbands and wives should cycle together" it makes for a very exciting bed time:cool:

Thats what I keep telling my wife ! Her excuse is she doesnt work out so why would she cycle. I hate when she has a good point !
 
Jug there are other reasons for use of gear not just for gaining muscle...like the woman I read about uses for sex drive and overall better attitude. Hell to me its seems having a happy and satified marriage would be more important than a good body. Some on this board know that my marriage hasnt been all that great but since this cycle we have gotten along great. The only thing I know is different is our sex life. We both dont want the cycle to end:rolleyes:
