Just did my first shot of Test Prop

Jug there are other reasons for use of gear not just for gaining muscle...like the woman I read about uses for sex drive and overall better attitude. Hell to me its seems having a happy and satified marriage would be more important than a good body. Some on this board know that my marriage hasnt been all that great but since this cycle we have gotten along great. The only thing I know is different is our sex life. We both dont want the cycle to end:rolleyes:

At least you know why.. In mine as I got better she got more insecure, sad thing is she's the most beautiful woman ive ever seen in real life, or through a frame. How long are you going to run it for? Why doesn't he cycle? Would you be opposed to extending?

Thats too bad Life...I know that marital problems go much deeper than sex solving the issues..but I can attest that physical attraction to each other-even purely physical-helps. I would have no problem extending if I knew I wouldnt hurt my health long term. I want to get my levels tested to see where my T levels are right now. I wish I new what they were b4 i started my cycle. All I know is that my body and mind are reacting as if I was with a new partner-the whole infatuation period-when I am with my husband. All I know is that I am loving the way that I feel now and wish I could keep it this way.

I am going to cycle for 6-8 weeks..havent decided yet. I am going to see how things are going at 6. If I feel worn out I will stop if not I will continue for 8.

My husband has high blood pressure and cholestrol-and on meds for both-so is worried about interactions with AS. And also he rarely has time to train.

From the pics you posted of him, I wish I barely had time to train! He looked like he was in pretty good shape but that doesn't solve any problems that lie beneath. And I make no claims to be a counselor of any kind. Have been bar tending and bouncing for about 10 years though and have heard plenty of stories.

If you feel good at 8 weeks shoot for 10 ;)

Sporty, I wouldn't extend.. Now thinking about it, you may have a bumpy emotional ride as is when you come down from the test high.. I didn't have anything but positive primary effects from my gear use/abuse last cycle - but damn was I depressed when I dropped to 250mg a week and started PCT - i'm probably still depressed just a bit used to it..buckle up.

8-10 should be plenty......

I figured about that D 8-10 wks would be best. I am starting to feel really sore muscle wise in my major muscle groups. I have been doing compound movements all along but lately I am sore as shit (lifting more wt than ever b4). Not sore as to not be able to train but I am constantly trying to stretch it out--without success. People are asking me why I am so uncomfortable b/c I am alway stretching and moving around. i start getting super stiff if I sit still. My hands and feet are getting pins and needles all the time too. I am getting a bit worried aobut my family seeing me b/c my husband notices my muscle increase and he sees me everyday,,I cant imagine what i am going ot look like to my family who hasnt seen me since Christmas.

PS I feel like a huge bloated fat ass from all the chocolate I have eaten in the last few days..I have so been craving chocolate-which is unlike me. I usually dont go for sweet stuff.

We all worry about the family or others suspecting we are juicing..just have your story down pat..you know..the old"I have been eating more and training harder ".Not sure why you are slower to recover than normal though(the soreness)....the trick will be to come off and still keep your strength gains.

Measurements all flexing

shoulder 43"-- -44.5" ---44.5---44.75
chest 38" ---38.5" ----39---39.25
arm 13" ---13.5"----13.5---13.75
waist 27.5 " ---28 " ----29"---29
hips 33.5"---34-----34---35
butt 36.5"---38---38---38.25
mid thigh 19"---20.5----20---21

My new numbers. I dropped the wt down and started too see a little more growth over strength. My thighs are looking bulky. My sis saw me in my g-string and said my ass looked huge(in a good way), and legs were a bit manly. I did notice that alot of my pants are not covering my tush very well.Like the pants girls are deliberately buying too low to show their underwear...well mine are doing that without my wanting them too.:o I was hoping to not have to do an extensive leaning out diet. But the way I am looking it looks like I may have to for a few weeks post cycle. No biggie..warmer weather helps me to eat lighter and cleaner.

No sides to report..except the sex drive and oily skin.

Boulder...LOL...Diet sucks...I just cant get back on it. That why I am looking a bit smooth. My weight is staying around 140 now. My abs are completely gone now:rolleyes: Too much pizza, calamari and red wine.

Sporty i usually go for the tiny girls but i would let you throw me around any time. You're lookin great. Keep up the good work

Sporty..if you diet down post cycle you will lose gains in strength and size..dieting down immediatly after a cycle is usually not a good thing for us guys...

And its not good for females either! Regardless of the hormonal differential, you are still in a catabolic state post cycle and need to avoid that by all means!

how long do i need to wait? when I diet down I keep my protein and calories high but low fat and lower carbs-not doing the keto thing til summer really hits. I also do more cardio..more than i am now anyway.

Wait at least a month if not 2. Allow your body to reset itself. You dont want to fight to put on muscle and then give your body a reason to get rid of it just as fast.

Here's an idea Sporty....Save some of your prop or var...wait 2 months after this cycle has ended and do your keto magic then while using a small amount of prop or var again..enough anabolics to help hold your strength and newly built muscles. Problem solved.
