Lady in need of guidance

hi! Im looking for some advice. I am a petite female (98lbs, 4'11") i have recently started working out intensely not in an effort to lose fat (though its never a bad thing) i am looking to gain lean muscle and have a cut muscular (but still feminine) look. I have done some research and it seems anavar is the safest for women. Everything i have read about it has said its a great cutting agent and will help with weight loss but doesnt cause significant muscle gains. So i guess what i am asking is since i am already small what will anavar do to me? Should i expect to gain muscle? Will it give me results faster? Is it right for me? Should i stack it with winstrol or is winstrol a better fit for me?

Anavar is indeed good. However, it is EXTREMELLY difficult to obtain high purity anavar. Most of the times it is cut with other cheaper substances. As a lady without a good source and not looking to compete I would tell you NOT use AAS.

A great alternative for you would be ECA stack. It is extremely safe and will help you drop fat without many side effects.

Dam good looking girl.
You don't need much work.
I hear what xupc is saying about good anavar. Took me a min to find the lab max test came back great for var. if your in need their are a couple peeps that have what you need. Think of the out come of running aas I think with some hard work you will get what look your after.
Nice to see a diff face hear.
Good diet will help you
Along with strict workout.

Since you have "just started working out intensely" I would keep going until you plateau.

After that, consider something like var. It's a high-ish risk for women. I have my girl cycle clen and t3 with hard training and a good diet, and you wouldn't believe the results. No need for var, in my opinion.

I would stick around and continue training until you plateau and then if you want to experiment you can and by then you will also know more about the different options you have as well as which is best for your goals.

Thanks for all the great advice guys. Im trying to reform my diet (which is usually nachos and froot loops) lol i ate some granola this morning and cried.

Just to add on here..... If you do decide to utilize one of these AAS...Don't ever stack Winstol and Anavar.. Typically women also use a much lower dose of Anavar (if its real) to acheive desired results. 10mg of the good stuff should take you where you want to go with the proper diet and training.. In my book Anavar is much better than Winstrol.. Especially for women.

Lmao I'm sorry but if you weren't a pretty girl these guys would have ripped you to shreds.

First off, you really need to get your diet in check. Fruit loops and nachos are awesome, but they won't make you look awesome. You can work out all day long but if you don't change the diet and watch your calories you won't lose fat or build muscle.

I'd say spend more time looking for real anavar while getting diet in check and a routine down. At that point decide if you still want to use anavar.

Fyi, certain clinics will give you pharm grade anavar. i get it through my clinic, its ridiculously expensive, but at least I know it's real.

Granola is loaded with sugar ....its out . Come to my "foodie thread" and we will set you up with a BB lean-out diet , a real one ....but you gotta want it bad for it to work. Welcome ~Ogh

PS - Go to Meso"s nutrition/supplement forum then look for my "What R-U Eating" thread , its not hard to find ....

Thanks for the info, im really looking to gain muscle i dont have much body fat. Will that help with gaining muscle?
What are your goals? Specifically, how much muscle are you looking to gain? Unless your goal is to step on stage and compete with the female bodybuilders, you don't need steroids. And even then, that should only be an option after years of training.

If you just want to gain 10 lbs of LBM, it is very realistic to accomplish this with proper and consistent training and nutrition. It may take six months; it may take less, it may take a little longer.

like most said here just get diet in check and do your studying on the var and decide if its right for you and you will come across what your looking for its quite expensive for the legit stuff

Hell I could pack on a significant amount of muscle just with diet and training if I worked with you. You have an advantage as well. You are short. Gains appear greater on the shorties.

Get your diet in check and hit those weights. You will grow. Nachos... lol

Seeing your picture, you don't need to do anything. But if you are going to, get diet 100% first. Otherwise you are wasting your time and money with AAS. I think too many people see AAS as a way to short cut around the tough stuff to get results. It's not that way. It's help for those looking to go past their body's natural limits, after those natural limits have been reached through hard work.

I would say focus on training first and then diet. Training for a newbie female, even on a "nacho diet", will likely lead to good muscle gain.

I'm always cautious when discussing diet with female trainers especially when the primary goal is muscle gain and not fat loss. "Diet" can mean different things to females (than to male trainers) and usually leads to unnecessary caloric restriction. In this case, diet means a slight caloric surplus with improved macronutrient ratios.

ECA is not going to help you gain lbm at all, in fact it could hinder gains. Real pharma grade anavar is out there but expect to pay a large amount. 5mgs to start would be good. But var wont do any good unless youre lifting and watching your macros. An easy diet that will help you achieve your goals will be the keto diet. As a woman carbs are your enemy.
