Took that pre workout tonight. Had to choke back vomit through most of the workout, finally threw up after showering and now i cant stop shaking and feel sick are some people just not able to handle that stuff???

Yeah, ephedra and caffeine tabs, and possibly agmatine sulfate if you're inclined to do so.Is there such a thing as unflavored pre workout? And how acceptable would it be to mix it with wine instead of water ?????? (Calm down boys im just kidding..... Kinda)
