Lady in need of guidance

Ha you guys all made me feel so bad about my froot loop habbit that i threw them away lol :(
Hahaha no wonder there aren't any girls on here, we just make em cry... But at least you're listening to the advice! Don't let us bring down your self esteem, were just here to help, and for the most part we won't sugarcoat it. The good news is you don't LOOK like all you were eating was nachos and fruit loops, but now that you're headed in the right direction you'll be looking even BETTER! In fact, you should start logging your progress.

Its ok I realized this evening just how unhealthy i had been when my 5 yr old son had a small meltdown because we ran out of aerosol cheese the froot loops have been replaced by some organic almond granola cereal that im sure is delicious

Is there such a thing as unflavored pre workout? And how acceptable would it be to mix it with wine instead of water ?????? (Calm down boys im just kidding..... Kinda)

Took that pre workout tonight. Had to choke back vomit through most of the workout, finally threw up after showering and now i cant stop shaking and feel sick :( are some people just not able to handle that stuff???

Yeah, ephedra and caffeine tabs, and possibly agmatine sulfate if you're inclined to do so.

@Lilmizzinked being as how your diet has not been the best, your body is mostly likely not going to react well to a pre-workout drink. If I was helping you purchase supplements I would've stuck with a protein shake and some BCAA's. That's about it. I would not recommend a pre-workout or creatine at this point. You need to get your body on a steady diet before introducing anything like that. I'm not surprised your body reacted the way it did.

If you like chocolate shakes, try a chocolate protein powder mixed with milk. Whatever supps you do use, start with half of the recommended dosage so you can gauage how your body will react.

Peace,
MI
