Instead im thinking about contact a nutritionist and getting my diet in check because everyone made me cry lol. I think once i get healthy eating habbits and a structured solid workout routine (instead of being all over the place) i will be unstoppable a little whey protein and some creatine for a little extra boost is about all the supplementing i will be doing.
