Lady in need of guidance

My goal is to get healthy, be in shape and fit. I have decided against the aas. Instead im thinking about contact a nutritionist and getting my diet in check because everyone made me cry lol. I think once i get healthy eating habbits and a structured solid workout routine (instead of being all over the place) i will be unstoppable a little whey protein and some creatine for a little extra boost is about all the supplementing i will be doing.
Sounds like a smart move. Keep us updated and ask for advice often as needed.

I'm still amazed you have a physique like that by only eating crap... Your genetics are great. You could really make an impact with some simple dietary and training changes.

Best of luck.

I went from a B to a DD and my chest wall wasn't strong enough and it tore out so i had to have that side redone and again it tore out now the surgeon refuses to touch it until i am healthier and stronger. He said if i dont then no surgery will help it will keep tearing. Which leads me to the next question is it actually safe to do chest workouts with a bottomed out implant from a torn muscle?? The doc says to but im scared and it seems to me it would do more harm than good.

If I was training you I would have you do light chest twice a week for a while until you start to see some strength gains. Nothing too much maybe light weight on a chest press machine, sissy push-ups, and some dumbbell presses with the little 5lb dumbbells. It's hard to know what to suggest because I can't gauge your strength & fitness levels through a forum. But if you start with those simple exercises and see if it gets you sore. If it does then that's where you need to start. If you don't get sore at all then add more weight/exercises as needed. But take baby steps, don't jump right into it. It's easy to over train in your condition, also as everyone has already stated EAT! Go check out OregonGearheads thread on food, lots of good info there.

This is awesome somebody asking a question and listening to the advice. You are two steps ahead of most men/boys who come through here. Enjoy your journey.
