Lady in need of guidance

I would never obtain an AAS illegally so no need to worry about the pic @MassTurk my doctor is willing to prescribe an AAS because following my last breast augmentation surgery i lost weight (not a huge amount but any weight loss on a girl my size is significant) he said it would help me maintain a healthy weight and strengthen my muscles especially in my chest because ive had to have multiple breast surgery because my chest wall muscle is weak and keeps tearing. Thats what triggered my desire to workout and get stronger and better muscle tone.

Interesting. What were your options, if you don't mind me asking? Winstrol and var would be about all I'd touch, if I were a chick.

You should go with var if you have access to a prescription. It will be significant for rebuilding the muscle of your chest wall. I wouldn't suggest it otherwise

I think im going to try to adjust my diet and force myself to eat even on days i have no appetite (because i will go days without eating then when i do eat its all junk food. Im also positive i dont drink enough water i maybe drink one or two bottles a day and the rest is gatorade. I think if i fix that and keep up with my workouts and daily morning cardio i can make progress naturally and perhaps strengthen my chest muscles enough to have the surgery i need. The surgeon will not do it until i do.

Yea you shouldnt be thinking about aas with such an unhealthy lifestyle/diet because they wont do anything until you get your basics in line. Ive never heard of a doc that gave a choice of what he prescribed. Also kind of weird to be prescribed anavar after breast augmentation. Maybe aids of muscle wasting syndrome.

I have an ex-GF built just like you. She had a breast augmentation surgery (A-cup to a C-cup) and afterwards she was urged by her doctor to begin an exercise routine because of her small frame (95lbs) and the fact that her body was now misproportioned. I think exercise and a proper diet (eating every day ;)) will get you where you need to be physically.

I went from a B to a DD and my chest wall wasn't strong enough and it tore out so i had to have that side redone and again it tore out now the surgeon refuses to touch it until i am healthier and stronger. He said if i dont then no surgery will help it will keep tearing. Which leads me to the next question is it actually safe to do chest workouts with a bottomed out implant from a torn muscle?? The doc says to but im scared and it seems to me it would do more harm than good.

Hell I could pack on a significant amount of muscle just with diet and training if I worked with you. You have an advantage as well. You are short. Gains appear greater on the shorties.

Get your diet in check and hit those weights. You will grow. Nachos... lol

This bro knows what he's talking about.
I would suggest doing research findings a personal trainer and nutritionist. Will do wonders.

Any advice? R u a trainer?

you do not get big muscles from AAS. you get big muscles from a lot of protein and AAS. you can take all the AAS in the world and if you don't eat you will not gain any muscle. you need to eat 1g protein per pound you want to weight minimum. if you want to weight 120lbs you need to eat no less than 120g protein a day.

Posts like this last about a day before everyone comes to their senses. I thought it was damn funny when she said she goes days without eating and wants to take aas to build muscle. Wish I could find that miracle drug. I guess there is always synthenol.

"3cc's, 3cc's, 3cc's, 3cc's..... " lol

My lady had a nice pair of fake DDs, but they also tore through... She works out regularly now, and is basically in the same boat as you, preparing to get them redone. As long as the doc clears ya to workout, you'll be fine. But like everyone has pointed out, diet diet diet. I can tell that ya have a natural athletic build, and you're lucky you haven't lost it eating fruit loops n nachos haha but just stay focused on your nutrition and find a solid weightlifting program to build some muscle. AAS for women shouldn't be considered unless you're in a high level competitive sport, IMO. But I'd still get that rx var, I'm sure ya can find a good use for it...

hi! Im looking for some advice. I am a petite female (98lbs, 4'11") i have recently started working out intensely not in an effort to lose fat (though its never a bad thing) i am looking to gain lean muscle and have a cut muscular (but still feminine) look. I have done some research and it seems anavar is the safest for women. Everything i have read about it has said its a great cutting agent and will help with weight loss but doesnt cause significant muscle gains. So i guess what i am asking is since i am already small what will anavar do to me? Should i expect to gain muscle? Will it give me results faster? Is it right for me? Should i stack it with winstrol or is winstrol a better fit for me?
You look fine just the way you are! Damn.

Diet and exercise first, but your goals are what should determine if you use aas or not. Are going to compete in fitness or BB competitions?

My goal is to get healthy, be in shape and fit. I have decided against the aas. Instead im thinking about contact a nutritionist and getting my diet in check because everyone made me cry lol. I think once i get healthy eating habbits and a structured solid workout routine (instead of being all over the place) i will be unstoppable a little whey protein and some creatine for a little extra boost is about all the supplementing i will be doing.
