Hey guys I'm doing a lean bulk (on cycle) Iv put on about 5kgs in the first month however I can't get over 80kg
My cals are 240p 80f 180c Iv bumped it up to 250p 90f 210c
What do you guys think of a mass gainer or am I better of making one at home

Cheers dudes

Save your money and make your own. Get yourself a blender, mix some protein powder with some oats, bananas, egg whites or whole eggs and whatever else you want like peanut butter etc. A lot cheaper and you know exactly what's in it.

you dont even need to use a powder necessarily. Could just use the egg whites as the primary protein source in the shake

Yeah you don't require protein powder as @PaulHeyman stated, you can just use egg whites or whole eggs depending on your macros. For some bonus protein and fats you can use some Greek yogurt, or even some peanut butter. :p Mass gainers are expensive and full of sugar, keep some money in your pocket and make your own

I will definitely need a protein powder as my protein will get higher! My mass gainer looked like this
2cups lite milk
1-2 scoop protein
2-4 full eggs
2-3 cups oatmeal
Lite ice cream
Peanut butter
Normally change it up on my macros for the day :)

Off topic question( I think so):

If the kcalories are in check so whole eggs arent a problem?

Im not in bulk btw.

If you are trying to gain more weight maybe you should eat a bit more food... you are 80kg and only eating 2650 calories that can't be much more the maintenance unless you are a seditaty human being. Your protein is already far higher then you need it to be and fats are just fine but your carbs are massively low so up it to around 300carbs daily to start and if you don't add any weight on the scale in a week then throw another 50g of carbs in there
