Oh.. Ok i see this isn't your first work out together!!! Im still jealous, i would be honored to work out with either of you.It'll be my second time lifting with Brutus and his first time lifting wih my coach. We will be lifting in a gym that was rated one of America's top 20gyms. 3 monolifts, 3 power racks, 2 benches and one competition bench, squat stands, deadlift and Oly lifting platforms, prowler and push/pull sled area, DBs up to 200lbs I believe multiple specialty bars etc. And yes I will be logging the workout lol. For me, we want to gauge how I'm recovering from my issues/injuries some MOB work, and working on my cues. For Brutus it'll probably be a lot of form work, volume to ingrain the form, and I want my coach to help him with his bench setup as I think Brut can bench 420 or more with a good setup.

Hahahaha! Yeah I've seen your posts in OGH's log , you definantly don't starve yourself.Yea Brutus took me out on a date once before. We wined and dined and he got to see how shitty my gym really is. He was an intimidating presence until I realized I had eaten more than him during our time together
Hahahaha. Anyone that knows me in real life knows my loathing for that ingredient. I may try and see if they can make it without ch**se. There's a Fuddruckers right down the road from this chipotle too so maybe Mexican and burgers for PWO nutrition.

Now thats that type of gym I want to be apart of.
There's no question in my mind that this is the nicest gym I have ever set foot in.
You should make this trip too and remind us after the workout. I'm already driving and have room for another body and gym bag lol

Push press: 6x2 @ 155, 160, 165, 165, 165, 165
Face pulls: 3x10 @ 30lbs RPE
BB wrist curl: 4x10 @ 65lbs RPE
BB wrist extension: 4x10 @ 45lbs RPE
BB curls: 5x10 @ 60lbs RPE
Rear delt flyes: 3x15 @ 20lbs RPE
I'm pissed I attempted 185 as my first set for push press and should have had it but missed it. So dropped the weights some and did my 6 sets. I think the lack of wrist wraps fukked with my head thinking I was going to have wrist pain so I subconsciously held back. Also the fact that press day is usually Sunday since bench day is Thursday to get some time between the two pressing days. I'm lifting with pillar tomorrow so I did presses today so I'm able to squat with him tomorrow. I ordered the Imzer true black wrist wraps on Wednesday so hopefully they get delivered soon

I did 5x4 @ 135lbs strict press pretty easily so a 185 push oress for sets of two shouldn't be an issue but I couldn't get them up. Also like I said I'm used to an extra day between benching and pressing but this week I swapped workouts and did pressing a day early. This, coupled with the lack of wraps and doing ~100reps of bamboo bar pressing, explains why I didn't get it up.
He's good. He might be doing the meet with me but not sure.
