Lowest effective dose of trenbolone?

For me also tried 70mg a week (10mg Tren A per day), received no benefit and all of the sides. One of my worse experiments. The worst side effect for me is its hit to cardio performance. Just cannot get enough breath.
The whole cycle was a blur for me. After the cycle ended and her and I ended I tried to backtrack and remember the timeline of where it went wrong with her but I couldn’t remember much at all. Normally I have good memory. I was confusing dates of when I thought they happened vs when they actually happened. So maybe my memory was affected.

My only side effect (besides respiratory issues at the end) was I’d sweat so much during any physical activity.

Anytime we fucked I’d lower the temperature to 64-66 Fahrenheit but I’d still have sweat dripping off my forehead non stop onto her ass/back or her face depending on the position.

She hated sweat. So after she finished I’d bear hug her so she couldn’t move and would be screaming and drenched in my sweat. Good times lol.

I think just try it mate but start low and work up. I started at 100 per week. It’s just another AAS and if u get on with it……use it.

I use a vagus nerve stimulator made by Hoolest that works pretty well to address anxiety. CBD tincture is also anxiolytic.
I know this is an older thread...but have been curious about pursuing a vagal nerve stimulator for a little while (primarily because I'd love to eliminate long term Benzo use... it's a low dose but still reached a point where I would struggle/panic to not have availabile at all. THAT is not a feeling I like...I have gone my entire life able to comfortably stop ANY med cold turkey.

How did you decide on the Hoolest? I tend to get "analysis paralysis" and then never act (OR make an impulsive purchase and regret it...lol). I'm hoping maybe you did all the analysis paralysis for me...(No warranty or guarantee expected for your opinion...lol)

Of course, if you wanna tell me "do your own damn research" that's acceptable as well...ha!

just taper down and don't touch alcohol
also add a beta blocker for withdrawl

I wanted to try it, but I wasn't certain of the efficacy. I picked the Hoolest because of the price, the fact that it doesn't clamp around my neck, and doesn't require an app or subscription.

You have sealed my urge to make a semi-compulsive purchase...lol (I started to get hung up on the frequency of the stimulation waves and crap)...and no, I won't blame you if it doesn't work...lol (better than purchasing another promo of peptides or 'roids at this point anyway).

I hope it works for you. That’s how approached it. It was inexpensive enough to try, and that particular device seems the most fllexiblenin terms of use.

That said, holding it to one’s neck can get tiresome, but I’d still rather have that than something that clamps to my neck. Turtlenecks, for example freak me out because of the pressure. The others I considered were more than twice the cost.
