What would be the best John meadows program to do during a cut? I was thinking of creeping death 2 since it’s a a balanced program, and I feel like doing programs that prioritize certain body parts during a cut is kind of worthless since you aren’t going to be putting on muscle during a deficit.

Most of his programs are good for a cut, he often states in his intro to any given program that they can be used either way and that it's just a matter of calories.

With that said, Arnold Classic and Carnage would both be pretty good... They're contest prep programs. I just started CD2, it has some elements that would make it good for a cutting phase.

I’ll look into those.

CD 2 seems to be pretty solid, I like the way it’s designed, never actually tried push pull Legs, but will definitely give it a go in the future.
 
Anyone wanting to trade let me know. Scott Stevenson came out with a new book for $60, I'll do all of Scott's other books, 2 Jordan Peter's books, plus 3 meadows programs for it.

Also looking for kizen strength and jackdness, it's $47, I'll do 3 Scott Stevenson books plus 2 Jordan Peter's.

Week 2 (for reference)

Legs

Hammer Strength Seated Leg Curl
1 x 10,10,10,15, 20,20, drops x6 (3 second eccentric), x6 (3 second eccentric)

Leg Press/Smith Lunge
(warmups on press first: 6 x 8)
Work sets:
12,12,12


No clue wtf I'm supposed to do for the Hammer seated leg curl... Leg press/smith lunge I imagine I do 6x8 on leg press and then do 3x12 of smith lunges.

Can someone clear this up for me, please.

Edit: Just read about it, not interested. Seems like what you have access to when you buy a training program, but you can PM him "good morning john" and get a reply from him.
