Yup, I'd rather keep the 30$/month and invest it in a seminar of his instead. That’s kinda how I feel. Like maybe 5 years ago it would have been worth it before I had all of his programs.

cant open any link there buddy/fit/ - Fitness & Health
lots of program PDFs there
I really like them. You can just substitute the exercise for one that you can do in your gym. Still follow, rep, tempo, intensity etc.I really wanted to try mountain dog programs but they seem complex and they have a lot of exercises that cant be done in my gym
Thank you but I have them almost allI really like them. You can just substitute the exercise for one that you can do in your gym. Still follow, rep, tempo, intensity etc.
Pm me if you want to try one.
They're not really complex. John just switches exercises / grip week from week so it doesn't get boring. The structure is the same from the begining to the end. Sometimes there's a loading phase and a deload phase.I really wanted to try mountain dog programs but they seem complex and they have a lot of exercises that cant be done in my gym
I'm gonna try them cause I have most of his programs and it's a shame if I dont try them cause I have learned a lot from his YouTube videos that are working! And the exercises that cant be done in my gym I'm going to switch them. I'm going to try gamma bomb first any feedback ? Also what program of john did y like the bestThey're not really complex. What programs do y haveI have a few programs as well, so if it's allowed to share I will.
Btw, most of the programs out there from other coaches are quite garbage, john keeps it real, he is an open book and has no issues talking about anything and everything, unlike the rest in the industry.
I'll post it shortly. What programs do y have
Except for his gear protocolsI have a few programs as well, so if it's allowed to share I will.

That's understandable, probably people will start to use the same amounts as him and think they'll end up the same.Except for his gear protocols
I’m not talking about his or his athletes amounts, rather the protocol itself. I did a free trial to his website and the chemical enhancement section was a disappointment. Rarely updated and not a lot of info. Definitely not worth the money for me, you can learn much more from his YouTube channel which is free. That's understandable, probably people will start to use the same amounts as him and think they'll end up the same.
I wouldn't post my cycle either.
That's why Arnold never said anything really about his usage, think about it, everyone will try to replicate it.

Actually contacted him and was approached by someone on his team. Guy claimed John wasn’t taking more clients at the moment, and said he would take me. He told me the drugs typically used in offseason on their protocols were test, eq, Deca, npp and superdrol. Hgh if budget allows and insulin on weak body part days. He said the drugs were “ran in waves” not sure what that means but he was probably talking about rotating the coumpounds.I know he used to do private coaching (1on1) and could advice you personally about protocols specific for your goals. I'm not sure if he is doing it anymore but send him an email and ask if interested.
And I agree, his youtube channel is goldmine.
900$ per month? Yeah that's a no for me, regardless who it's withActually contacted him and was approached by someone on his team. It was 900 usd a month, something I would pay for johns service had i the money, but not from some other guy on his team.
I’m sorry, it was 900 for 12 weeks. My mistake900$ per month? Yeah that's a no for me, regardless who it's with
That's more reasonable! Makes me wonder what'd they do to transform me from a basic amateur to a godlike amateur.I’m sorry, it was 900 for 12 weeks. My mistake
I’m kind of tempted to try...That's more reasonable! Makes me wonder what'd they do to transform me from a basic amateur to a godlike amateur.
