Mountaindog 2.0

God some of you guys are such cheap fucks.... If you only spent half the time actually working in the gym, as you do trying to get MORE free programs, you'd all look great. I get a trade, here and there, but who needs 20 fucking programs? Just do one, for fucks sake.

Let's see it this way... I'm set for the next 80 months

On a serious note, I bought two of his programs and used them for those said trades. One thing lead to another and now I've got a couple of them. Just seems fun (to me) to plan out my next 52 weeks in terms of training.

A bit off topic, but I've gotten interested in John Meadows / Mountain Dog Training over the past month or so, and I'm wanting to give his program/methodologies a try.

Does anyone have any advice as to where to start? Is there a specific program you should start with, or is it a "6 one, half dozen the other" type of deal to where I just pick one and run with it?

I just don't want to fuck up and purchase the wrong one or something.

Thanks

I had asked nearly the same question some time ado. One of the vets I believe @Wunderpus gave me the advice to start with the program called Onslaught. It was the first program of his I ran and I loved it. I think it is a good entry level program and would also recomend it for you to start with.

Thanks a lot for the well thought out reply.

I'll look into it. Crossing my fingers its not one of $250 programs lol.

Do all of his programs require having resistance bands and a dip belt, or are those considered optional variation movements?

**Edit: Fuck me, it's one of the $250 programs lol

You don't need bands or a belt, rarely are they used. Just modify as needed.

12 weeks of pain and suffering (26)

I'm willing to trade

A) any of 2.0 mountain dog programs
B) Scott Stevenson's Fortitude training
C) Ben Pakulski's MI40X program
D) 2 programs Matt Jansen wrote for INOV8 Training back when they were together

email me! broadhurst.ben21@gmail.com

Would anyone be willing to trade me one of John Meadows programs (particularly either the taskmaster, onslaught, the gauntlet or sentinel) for Scott Stevenson's fortitude training program? really want to do one of JM's higher frequency programs so PM me if you're interested

Merry Liftmas ya filthy animals!!

Hope y’all enjoyed your food, friends/family, and got/are getting a sick workout from the extra anabolism. I sure did.

In a good mood so I thought I’d come here and share my good spirit - I have every single MD program and know quite some folks are still hunting down their first one to try so I’ll send everyone the one they want most. Email me @ broadhurst.ben21@gmail.com if you’re interested! I’m not asking for any cash, but A) if you feel like throwing a brother 5-10 bucks via paypal that’d be nice (programs are like 2-250 bucks) or B) run a trade Id be down.

Happy holidays!
