Mountaindog 2.0

Agreed.

@OldmanRob I'm right now doing The Gauntlet from John Meadows and it trully is a great training. All of his trainings are top notch and I already know which ones I'm doing next.
I have seen so many email scams I guess I am just skeptical.

I Would be happy to be wrong in this. If it works that good maybe I would be interested.

Yea his training isn't a rip off and neither is Scott Stevenson's stuff along with many others. Wendlers new book is bad ass. Plenty of other books that I could name that are anything but a scam.

Also very very few of Meadows books are available online for free. A few have been available through 4 Chan but mainly only by trade and then scribd has Carnage and executioner. Trust me when I say I know where to look and they aren't there. Including torrents.

If you all don't mind can you tell me how some of these have transformed you.

I may drop my guard and look into some of them.
Every sunday I now give my prayers to Meadows so I can have more gains.

To me it's the way his trainings are made. It's different from what I'm used to and he explains how he wants us to do it. He also goes with form over strengh. So there's little risks of you injuring yourself with what he's telling you to do.

I honestly want to go to one of his seminars next time he's in my town.

Yea to me alot of times it's about intelligently laid out programming that allows months of progressions without risk of injury.

I love to read too and learn and honestly that's a ton of the reason I love getting these books.

To me body transformation is more about diet and consistency and some about drugs. You can make progress on any program but optimal progress.....well that's another question.

But to answer the question, doggcrapp style training changed my physique more than anything

My physique is different as well... I never had a "small" waist, but for some reason I have a more triangular form recently. My chest / shoulder seperation is more visible and my arms have gained size (my weakness).

Anyways, I give some credit to his workouts, but overall it all depends on how bad you want it lol.

You won't regret it. Catch them on sale. I was so scared to spend that on the first one until I did and read through it. 250 is a bargain for the detail he puts in.

I'm on The Taskmaster now. It's 16 weeks and 170 pages long. It's not some cookie cutter repetitive bs either. I've loved every one I've used so far. He keeps the exercises different and fresh. I catch myself looking ahead to see what I get to do in a few days.

Yes, I paid for 4 of his programs. Was trained by him for my very first show. But honestly, out of all of the expenses for supplements, food, training, recovery tools, and super supplements, I look for ways to save money and anything else I can do to get ahead..

His programs will transform you as long as you actually do them, and do all of the other things to support the training. I do not consider any part of what it takes to bodybuild any more important than another. That is, everything from a-z the diet, training, supplementation, super supplementaton, recovery tools, mental constitution, fire in the belly, etc.. equally important. Like pieces of a pie... it is only a pie when all of the pieces are there. Any of those pieces missing will undoubtedly affect the rest of the pie...

I need to trade for some more of the programs many of you mentioned here already, like the ones showstoppa and others mentioned having.. including the books. Always hungry for information... applying it... acquiring knowledge..

Looking forward to gamma bomb and further building the collection of programs..

I appreciate those who are willing to trade here.

Anyone have the new program of john Gamma Bomb? I have a lot of Mountain dog programs, so it will be awesome to trade some for gamma bomb!

I am looking for the same..
But I am also looking for a number of his other programs. Maybe some books too... thanks guys...
I have traded with a number of you before...

Okay, I can admit when I may be wrong.

Sounds like I may be this time. My bad
I understand they logic behind your thinking, and I largely felt that way, too. However, after doing programs done by John Meadows, Jordan Peters etc., I learned FAR more than I ever did by just reading forums etc. It's all about finding the RIGHT source of info... This is no easy task, as your bull shit meter must be on.

I have seen your pics, if your using them and feel it's worth it I may consuder looking at them after all.

I have a habbit of being cautious online :)

I would consider it. You will learn new things, I promise you that. To me, that's enough to consider.... No one "coach" is the end all, be all... But they all can offer you some new things to incorporate into your routines, and keep it fresh.

I have all the Meadows programs but gamma bomb now and should have gamma bomb next week if the trade goes through. Waiting on virgin voyage and no show no go by Scott Stevenson also. I will be more than willing to trade and for some of y'all that contribute a lot to the board will be willing to give you a couple for free just for being a good poster.

Don't send me a pm though if all you do here is trade books, not gonna help you. Post more and help younger guys first. the training forum has been particularly void of great info since some of the vets have stopped posting so much. I am guilty of this as well and everybody needs to do more posting on training and nutrition.

DO NOT SEND THIS GUY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HE SENT ME AN EMPTY ZIP FOLDER AFTER BACK AND FORTH EMAILS I TOLD HIM TO FORGET IT AND JUST SEND ME MY MONEY BACK STILL WAITING NO RESPONSE

ARE YOU FCKN KIDDING ME???!!! LOL

So I have gamma bomb. It is prolly his best program yet.
