Wanted a clean top single with a solid pause so dropped down to 395, It went well and was clean. Had at least another 5 pounds in me.

Warm up sets went well today so I decided to go 402. Should have worn a skate on my left foot as it slipped twice. Was still able to lock it out with a pause. No signs of the pec issue this week so hopefully I'm done with it. Congestion seemed to be lifting a bit this afternoon. Meet is two weeks from tomorrow. Looking for a solid last week plus of training to set me up for a good effort.
