This is a serious misquote. In the Anadrol study 150mg daily (not 300mg) was used in the high dose group. The results showed that 35% (n=11) of the 150 mg group saw ALT, AST, or GGT elevated by >5-fold (in HIV wasting patients). This is classified as grade 3/4 liver toxicity. By week 16, the dose-dependency of the liver toxicity was evident, with only 8% of patients at 50mg daily experiencing grade 3/4 liver toxicity. While that's so true, I feel I should rock the boat on this one a little bit. I know this is a harm reduction board but this is a clinical study we're talking about @Type-IIx told me about.
In HIV positive men, Anadrol was dosed at 300mg per day for 12 weeks and users saw no increase in liver values. Liver toxicity is over estimated. Even babies use Anadrol I heard, but typeII can confirm that. Anadrol is one of the more liver toxic steroids.
Kidneys and Heart are spoken about far less, I rarely hear about anyone talk about taking Kidney supplements and heart supplements. Kidneys Especially. Im using Bostin Lloyd as a case study, he abused anabolics like no other, but what went first? His Kidneys, he needed a kidney transplant far before he died. A heart attack killed him.
