Why do you think they make them? Why do medical professionals use them? All a scam?

Let me explain something to you. Sanitary procedures aren't there because without them you'd definately have a problem. Or because there's a 1 in 100 chance of problem. They exist to prevent the 1 in 5000 chance of problem.

For people injecting hundreds of times a year, there are also small issues that build up, like rubber particles and glass shards.

If you don't give a shit, no one is making you do anything. Junkies brew their stuff in a dirty spoon and filter it with a used cigarette filter, and live to tell about it the next day, but hundreds of those pins don't leave them in very good shape over the long haul.

If u use vial in one go is good, but if u use vial for three or more weeks, guys stop this shite

With this adapter u have 95% to get abscess.my vials are in the car in the bag everything is dusty filthy, I'll better use needle and alcohol pads

The vial adapters are sterile. They have filters. We're getting this stuff from drug dealers that don't care what the vials are contaminated with, and this offers some protection from that.
 
Ghoul if one use a 25g to pierce the stopper, a quality stopper like those flurotec, would you think it's ok to not use a filter spike for a 10ml vial? I mean for coring, assuming the oil is completely sterile and without any other impurities.

A good stopper makes it less likely to "shed". Most of the particles don't come from the "core", but the friction of the needle sides rubbing on the stopper.

Also, a good quality stopper isn't going to be made with the toxic ingredients cheaper, unregulated manufacturers use to make the rubber easier to work with, so any pieces that get into you won't be as toxic as they break down.

The main reason for a quality stopper and the PTFE coating is to prevent chemicals from leeching into the solution. Just the fumes from the BA and BB can make that transfer happen. But of course you always have to turn the vial upside down, so fluid will touch it no matter what.

Look at the difference between the difference in the amount of chems that transfer from an uncoated stopper vs a coated stopper into the solution.

I just bought a pack of 400+ novopure stopper :) for my 10ml vials, it just feel like a shame to pierce those with a spike ruining it from the first draw instead of using a small needle to draw, that's why I was asking ahah

Like I've been saying, it's not about being perfect or doing nothing. Pharma quality stoppers brings your stuff that much closer to the "Pharma gear" everyone says they want.

If you may remember from our other thread, the main reason @Ghoul recommended Fluro-tec stoppers was to have better preservation during long term storage... the leakage thing. I think you can use it without the spike too... your preference.

For me, the expenses we made getting the spikes was to have less likelyhood of ending up at hospital with rubber particles in the buttocks.

Yeah it's not about money in this case, it's just...I'm a bit autistic, I don't like to see the spike on a 10ml vial ahahha

It's just piss me off, aesthetically not pleasing.

No but I just bought a stainless steel table same as the one used in a laboratory so I can brew my shit feeling like a chemist ahahah

I even got my own design of labels for my 10ml vials! I can't murder them with a horrible spike on top :(

When I was young man back in the 90s, we used to get our gear from Mexico. We injected that crap without a care in the world. I probably have a metric ton of rubber in my ass. I got a free BBL from it. Probably why my ass looks so amazing as an old man. Lol
