900 mg EQ drive my hematocrit up to 63

i dont remember how my hematocrit was but strangely was almost in range... but i had other issues... so i ll increase gears and food very little by little and find the sweet spot...

I think i would be ok with 10kg of lean tissue and i truly hope i can get them without crazy dosages since i love bb but it seems bb doesnt love me the same

thanks Cashton it means a lot for me, because thats my best shape since i said i ve never been able to follow a plan for more than 12 weeks, and last time happened last year... this autumn i retried but after some weeks again i had to quit..

Right now i m at the end of the 5th week and I truly hope to be able to do at least 1 year straight...

It means a lot since i obv never received a compliment from another bber , so it means i m on the right way... i always hated to stop my plans... due to health reasons or financially or other stuff like living with my ex crazy girlfriend.. i remember everyday was high cortisol day.. i could feel the muscles shrink in real time

Lookin great man. I think we’ve all had a down year with everything going on. I, too am getting back to my best shape I was in before covid. About to start a mini cycle to lean down a bit more before my bulk starting in March. Keep it up!

it can sound strange but i have to say that this year saved my life... since it let me quit living with my ex gf and with lockdown i was kinda forced to search and find myself... so i started with fasting and test myself for my mental strength to overcome hunger... i was doing excercises with elastic bands in my bedroom, just on trt and some anavar... then some months after i started a bulk doing very wrong things... i learned a lot and as i said, i have to thank this year... and it badly killed my business... i lost lot of money... but it gave me the opportunity to follow my dreams..

Now I upped a little my kcals... gained 1.5kg in a week and lost 0.5cm of waistline...

i met other guys sharing my same dreams so i ll keep work to let them become true

i have even to say that i ve been lucky that in my city some gyms opened outdoor

That’s cool and lucky they opened up some of the gyms outdoor, I’m in Canada and Ontario just went back into lockdown and even my private gym is closed, outdoor gym wouldn’t work well for us at this time because the weather is very cold. I have a home gym setup that I havnt used since the last lockdown and I have to say that the switch from cable machine workouts to dumbbell and barbell has absolutely resulted in some explosive gains... I was hoping this would happen because of the change in the type of resistance differs from cables to dumbbell, barbell / free weight and the switch has really shocked my muscles, they’re sore as fuck and growing faster this last 2 weeks then they have for a month and a half.

Same here bud. Been going through a divorce the last 7 months. It’s hard but I had to finally let go of the weight that’s been dragging me down and keeping me from becoming better. It’s been an adjustment.

I’m lucky that I live in a very conservative state and if you lived in the US, you’d know what that means. Therefore, gyms have been open the last 4-5 months so I’ve been able to start getting back to where I was. I got up to around 20% body fat not dieting or training optimally. Now I’ve got back around 15% and want to get to 10% before I bulk in March. I was around 12% in May after my bulk which is an amazing place to be when you’re the biggest and strongest you’ve been. I know I can do even better this next year if covid allows.

End of 8th week.. from 86kg to 93.5kg and lost fat... it seems everyday I’m leaner than the prev week...maybe with some water weight but It seems i m losing fat In abs zone because I see the belly button changin shape and the skin becoming more thin... in this pic I ate 1 hour before and it seems I m more fat but upon waking I m drier obv... or maybe I’m not putting fat nor losing it , just gaining some water and size

3500kcals daily

weights 6 days / 7 and I’m doin split routines 3-4 days at week, because i dont wanna make the session last too long and because I m fucked up after 3 exercises pretty everytime...

Doing something like a push / pull / legs / arms / push / pull ...

I don’t have increased gear dosage

but i increased a little kcals and training intensity...

that fuckin tattoo is a total mess, i didnt continue it because as I said is a mess because sometimes it’s difficult to deal properly with tattoo artists , maybe you can’t explain yourself at your best, and you find an idiot as a tattooist that doesn’t understand a fuck and cant develop a fuckin stencil and cant project a fuckin wing

But, anyway I ll erase it with laser, and I would have erased it even i enjoyed it, because I found I prefer to see veins and muscle fibers instead of fuckin ink... I changed my mind on tattoo... and I have half of my back tattooed too, since I m a very smart guy and I know what I do... fuck

Anyway, I think I would be happy with 105kg at this bf , (i m 184cm) then I would shred to 8-9%...I have lot of fat in my fuckin love handles... I ll try Inj Clen hoping it will help...

Pic taken today, lost some of glycogen from yesterday, and sweated like a sow like every night... this is my “lean bulk” phase... without pharma HGH and crazy amount of aas... best shape ever had...

I posted yesterday too but I was watery and wanted to show my abs at 3500kcals daily...best shape I ever had... for me, to have reached the 8th week living it like a pro, is a dream... so I hope to stay on track for a year and see what I can get...

grazie man, cmq 2 palestre da me hanno allestito degli spazi all esterno.
Una bella fortuna senza dubbio, ma mi son reso conto che anche con degli elastici adatti (cioè decisamente lunghi e con non troppa resistenza)
si possano fare molte cose, insieme a magari dei manubri componibili.

Purtroppo troppo tardi, sono caduto in un vero buco in ottobre quando hanno chiuso le palestre. Non ho ricominciato a seguire la mia dieta e ad allenarmi regolarmente fino a metà dicembre. Intanto posso guardarmi di nuovo allo specchio senza vomitare.

This is me pumpless before jerkin off , at the end of 2nd week of my cruise with 250mg test Enanth weekly.. 20mg Tamoxifen EOD , 25mg Proviron EOD, 500iu HCG EOD...

Hope to decently reach another 4 weeks before restarting a new blast..

I m training decently hard... not as hard as on cycle but almost.. just cutted the volume around the 25%...

Everytime I start cutting by myself, without a coach, I don't know why I never end as good as when I had a coach ... Damn I'm jealous that you look like this by yourself
 
I took a pause at the end of 9th week, and went on a cruise with 250mg test e weekly and some ancillaries like tamoxifen etc

kcals still 3500 daily

i m training harder than before.. push pull arms legs ,pump push ,pump pull

some split routines..

Today i m ending 3rd week on that cruise, and I feel so good..

I don’t think I lost muscle.. strength even improved in some excercises... weight is little up due to estrogens (strength too I guess)
