End of 8th week.. from 86kg to 93.5kg and lost fat... it seems everyday I’m leaner than the prev week...maybe with some water weight but It seems i m losing fat In abs zone because I see the belly button changin shape and the skin becoming more thin... in this pic I ate 1 hour before and it seems I m more fat but upon waking I m drier obv... or maybe I’m not putting fat nor losing it , just gaining some water and size
3500kcals daily
weights 6 days / 7 and I’m doin split routines 3-4 days at week, because i dont wanna make the session last too long and because I m fucked up after 3 exercises pretty everytime...
Doing something like a push / pull / legs / arms / push / pull ...
I don’t have increased gear dosage
but i increased a little kcals and training intensity...
that fuckin tattoo is a total mess, i didnt continue it because as I said is a mess because sometimes it’s difficult to deal properly with tattoo artists , maybe you can’t explain yourself at your best, and you find an idiot as a tattooist that doesn’t understand a fuck and cant develop a fuckin stencil and cant project a fuckin wing
But, anyway I ll erase it with laser, and I would have erased it even i enjoyed it, because I found I prefer to see veins and muscle fibers instead of fuckin ink... I changed my mind on tattoo... and I have half of my back tattooed too, since I m a very smart guy and I know what I do... fuck
Anyway, I think I would be happy with 105kg at this bf , (i m 184cm) then I would shred to 8-9%...I have lot of fat in my fuckin love handles... I ll try Inj Clen hoping it will help...
