My DNP fucking nightmare... Please read and be warned.

I need to share this with you guys in the hopes it might convince someone to not use this shit and go through what I am going through.

I did a ton of research on DNP. I read all the popular guides, of course including every page of heretic's thread. In total I probably spent 50 hours reading about DNP. It seemed like the perfect boost to put me right in line with my goals for the end of my first cycle. This community in particular provided me with a lot of assurance that if I was careful, DNP was about as dangerous as ibuprofen, and that damage from DNP correlated directly to irresponsible and stupid behavior. I got all the commonly suggested supplements and with some apprehension placed my order for 50 of D's crystal caps.

My first run was 9 days of 250mg a day. Strict strict diet, powered through the cravings (they are insane. And let me tell you this shit straight up works. I lost 8 pounds actually on the cycle (on only 250 a day!) and then 2 more pounds 5 days after stopping. Sides were bearable, just sweaty at night and tired during the day. 5th day after coming off I felt like a fucking animal. the anabolic rebound is definitely confirmed for me as well. I set 2 new PR's with a 565 dead and benched 225 23 times. So, I wanted to drop 5-10 more pounds fast. I planned to take the full 9 days off and then restart at 250 a day for 14-21 days, or whenever I hit 10 more lbs dropped. This shit was a breeze this time, literally no sides, woke up every morning looking like I dropped a half inch off my waist.

Day 6 this time around is when the fucking nightmare began

I woke up and showered and noticed my chest itching like hell, said "oh shit" popped a benadryl and went to work. I was SWEATING at this meeting we were attending. My crotch starts to itch like no other, the back of my head as well. My elbows are extremely sore for seemingly no reason, I look down and they are COVERED in disgusting looking hives. Time to leave work early. pop some more benadryl. Hives spreading rapidly, and these fuckers itch so bad that it HURTS. I wait it out for a little bit, double the supplements, more benadryl, waiting to see if it would improve. It only got worse. around 2am "fuck it" I'm going to the emergency room and getting prescribed prednisone now. It is now that I notice my feet are in pain when i walk... interesting, i think. I decide not to panic on the "peripheral neuropathy" thing and tell myself it is from the hives reaction. Doctor sees me hours later, get IV benadryl and corticosteroids and the script.

I drive a manual car, on the way home at 6am I shit you not I could barely shift my palms were so achy. "Fuck" is all I can think. Feet hurt BAD now. Like a combination of walking on sunbathed blacktop and dropping a dumbbell on them. this shit SUCKS and I'm trying not to panic. I did EVERYTHING right. I took the lowest dose available. I kept an incredibly strict diet. I drank 2 gallons of water a day on the dot. I took all the supplements. I took benadryl. I thought all I had to worry about was dying from being a fucking idiot, right? wrong. Im now 2 days into this shit and my feet have only gotten worse. The hives, while terrible and extremely painful and uncomfortable, are still a walk in the park compared to this bullshit. Standing up for 30 seconds to piss it takes 15-20 mins for my feet to stop feeling like they are walking on coals. I am literally crippled and immobile at this point.

The best part: this shit does not improve for MONTHS. I have read every damn case I could of this shit and it almost never gets better in a reasonable time frame. Years for full recovery and sensation is the common theme. Yet all the stories i read are "yeah i got it, took 750mg for three weeks" or "took a gram for 10 days". But here I am. Fucked up by DNP and biting my finger as i write this to try not to focus on my feet.

TL:DR fuck DNP, it works good as hell, i took all the precautions and minimal dose for a short amount of time and still got peripheral neuropathy. It's not safe. Im not saying your going to die. But that doesn't make it safe. You will never know if you will develop this shit until its too late.
 
Although the pain is bad, whats even more retarded is that I'm pretty well bummed out that I can't risk touching this stuff ever again because it is literally a miracle. I could see adding this to the tail end of a big bulk cycle and cleaning up 10-15 pounds of pure fat in 2weeks as incredibly useful in the future. But, there are truly no shortcuts without consequences. And yes I will continue to update this thread. the Hives are disappearing slowly after the prednisone.

I'm considering breaking out my juicer and blender and living off protein shakes and whatever I can blend up that is high in antioxidants and nutrients for the next few days. Any thoughts?

It's unfortunate many still believe DNP actually achieves such results, it does NOT. While the metabolic effects of DNP certainly does cause oxidation of fatty acids it also results in a near total depletion of glycogen stores (which is why exercise and DNP "don't mix") and a significant catabolism of SKM.

The fact is a majority of the cutting effects of DNP are the consequence of interstitial and extracellular volume depletion, with the end result being varying degrees of DEHYDRATION! This is another reason folk using DNP feel literally "exhausted".

Of course it's no coincidence many of the "benefits" observed by DNP experimenters occurs after a "bulk cycle" bc the gains in the latter circumstance are primarily bc of volume overload.

Believe me when I say I'm no supporter of DNP use now under any circumstances, but it definitely does work. I was carbed up, 10 pounds lighter, full, and stronger than before I started 5 days after I stopped my first run of 9 days. Idk where you are getting the information from that it doesn't work. It works TOO well. Too good to be without consequences in my case. And that was on the bare minimum dose.
 
I don't get it a big part of the game for me is cutting , watching my macros and calories and doing cardio is part of body building process, taking poison to make myself sick is not part of bodybuilding.

And it will continue to be for me as well! I do enjoy dieting and seeing the results without DNP and did for the past 4-5 months. I kept the same strict diet on DNP as I had when I was not and the results were amazing. Lesson learned.
 
What makes you say that you're burning pure fat?

It's pretty well documented how effective DNP is. I am also on cycle. I would not run DNP off cycle if I ever did it again (which I wont). The visual difference is huge, and I put on some serious strength (40 lb dead PR) once I came off of it, on a calorie deficit still. All the evidence points to at least 90% of the weight lost being fat, or damn near close to it. That, in my mind, qualifies as pure fat loss.
 
A little update, the pain in my hands is gone, feet are still absolutely killing me if i try to get up and do anything. Hot bath gives great relief but very temporary. May try an ice bath/hot bath alternating. Hopefully my foot pain clears up as easily as my hands did, though it may just be because you don't walk on your hands...
 
Also FUCK prednisone this shit ruins your physique. I am holding so much damn water now. at least ten lbs of water weight gained just today. Look like shit especially in the face. Cant wait to come off it and dry back out.

You ruined your own physique... I dont get it ur trying to recover from a possible life changing situation.. Shut up about how u look and worry about your fucking health... Seriously uve sat here and warned us and then in the same breath youve pretty much told us its the best

Haha trust me I won't be using it again regardless of how good it works. I guess I'm just pissed to be looking like shit compared to where I was a few days ago when the entire point of this was to look better. But appreciate the well wishes
 
Also update guys I'm feeling optimistic! My feet are feeling better. They still ache but since about 5 am I've actually been able to walk without the hot burning sensation overtaking them once I sit back down. Major major improvement in just 2 days. Warm baths help a lot as well but those are kinda tough on the hives which are still coming and going. Today they decided to pop up on the hands, very very itchy and unpleasant. Prednisone is not a good drug to be on. In addition to massive water gain, I have had persistent Heartburn and constricted throat/chest since an hour after the first dose. I also crab walked downstairs last night to avoid putting weight on my feet and my triceps are sore as hell now. Can't imagine the soreness trying to actually lift on this stuff.
 
Insane story, wish you fast recovery. Dnp is dangerous shit. I would never touch it. The risk vs reward is not worth it for me.
