black kids with the pimp lean that have to go 22 mph cause they sit so low they cant see were the hell they are going
white kids that drive slow cause they are trying to look like the black kid
old people .. dammit time should be of the essence for these people
and anyone else that i left out i hate you too if you cant go at least the damn speed limit
