Yesterday's log...
Day 4 (Thurs)
arms / abs / calves
arms are my favorite day woo hoo
I was a little frustrated on the strength loss again so I was doing some reps at a higher weight and then completing with a lower weight once I hit failure, so I'll list both.
Bicep curl (bar) - 3 sets - 4 reps @ 45, 6 @ 40
Bicep curl (dumb bells) - 3 sets - 3 reps @ 20 lbs (each arm), 7 reps @ 17.5 lbs.
Tricep pull down (cable) - 3 sets, 10 @ 32.5 lbs
Tricep Push Down (machine) - 3 sets, 10 @ 110 lbs
Abs - 3 sets of an circuit with no rest between reps (meaning the 3 different types, I definitely between the entire sets lol)... 15 reps weighted incline crunches @ 10 lbs on highest incline... 20 reps on captains chair... then 20 oblique twists on incline bench, same setting...
6 sets of calf on donkey press... 15 reps @ 120 lbs. (I just thought I should note, I'm including the sled weight)
I adjusted my macros and was really happy about it... was at 248 p / 220 c / 70 g fat or 40p/35c/25f. Total of 2,462 calories for the day.
I'm aggravated with splitting the tablets 4 ways, I'm actually measuring it before splitting because when I cut it the second time, it goes everywhere and so I'm just breaking it into chunks and weighing out 1/4 of a 10 mg tablet twice a day. It's not only irritating but wasteful. I can't wait until 10 mg starts because I know I will not need to be as anal then as long as I'm getting close to splitting in half.
My energy levels are a little better today... No sides to report.
