So there was a large bust in a southern part of the USA 22 people to be exact. A guy i know just got 20 years in prison for POCS for multiple vials of various roids. I got scared shitless and I am done! I love steroids and was fixing to do a massive cycle but 20 years! Fuck that guys. All I want to say is be carefull and that this shit is serious! They apperently used the unconstitutional wiretaps for all of the investigation. So they listen to phones read your texts and even surveil you illegally. I have always said fuck the goverment but when it comes this close you realize just how evil and stupid these traitors are. My friend will be 48 when he gets out think about that.....

Nope he did not deal. Only 2 of the 22 dealt. They even arrested a cop who used. A source told me Eric holder has a hard on for busting steroids and that busts will only become more frequent. Im pretty close to this deal so I know some of the players and they are telling me this shit watch your backs people.

Damn. Is there a new article or sonething for this? Or do you only know cause it was your friend?

I'd love to see the article if there is one.

Thats fukin crazy!I heard that county has the harshest sentencing for drug charges.

Yeah they do have the harshest sentences I should have said he was charged with 20 years not indicted. He will be doing some serious time though. Doesn't this shit scare you guys?

It is scary...

You sound like you're trying to instill fear with your previous posts though by misrepresenting the facts.. Saying he was "sentenced to 20 years" and "he'll be 48 years old when he gets out of prison" is ridiculous.. At this point who knows what prison time he may get if any at all..

Well you don't get charged with prison time, but rather charged with a crime that carries a range of potential penalties. If he wasn't distributing and there is no evidence to suggest he was, the odds of him getting the max penalty is virtually zero, regardless of whether the jurisdiction has a reputation for harsh sentences or not. And no, this shit doesn't scare me because I am not affiliated in any way, shape, or form with any criminal organization. If I got busted with a few vials and some cancer drugs, I don't imagine they would throw the book at me.

None of this story makes sense. Youre intentionally misleading the facts for sensationalism. Plus, the date the charges were laid and the conviction date do not add up, in fact it's almost impossible - 6 days? You can barely arrange an arraignment or first appearance in less than a week, let alone complete a trial.

Williamson is one of the toughest counties in the United states. Just fyi.
I haven't been following this very closely, but I just read the article that Millard posted. You've got both state and feds mixed up in it. If there lucky they'll do a plea bargain and have the state and fed times served concurrently. Or depending how pissed off they are and if their complete assholes* the feds could charge them with.. whatever, and they will do the fed time. But then, they would be picked up at the fed facility after they served and be packed off to the state to face the state charges. It can get pretty fouled up and complicated. ( * the assholes being the feds.)

They always trump up the charges at first then they are usually dialed back a little by the time it goes to trial.
Unless of course they find evidence that he was much more involved then he led you to believe.
