Looks like you could have put on 10+ pounds of muscle on top of loosing all the fat, is that accurate or an illusion?

I’ve heard you can rub preparation h or some crap or hemroid cream on your abdomen and seranwrap it and that will help tighten the skin. Years back my wife had some bad stretch marks almost like deep scars and loose skin after having kids and just after a few years of keeping the area tight and using only coco butter it got 90% better I’d say.

I’ve heard of guys getting the tummy tuck I think that’s a bit feminine for a man to wana do.

For me it’s my love handles that are the last to come off I start losing muscle by the time they go away.

Not quite sure i understood what you wrote. You mean i could recomp better and add 10 pounds of muscle while i lost that fat? Or that i actually look like i've put some muscle besides losing the fat?

I haven't heard this at all honestly. Age plays a big role on the skin elasticity, i'm sure if i had done it 10 years ago i'd had a chance to get rid of the excess skin. From my short research years ago i came to a conclusion that best thing to get rid of it is to lean out, like real lean below 10%bf and hold there for like 1-2 years without having any weight fluctuations. Somehow body starts to absorb that skin always in conjuction with collagen, stretch mark cremes, antioxidants, Vit E and whatever you can get your hands on.

I'm really not considering doing the tummy tuck. I've heard you need plenty of weeks until you return to gym and your job if you have a physical taxing job and this is not something i could deal with now. Regular liposuction could be done also, with not perfect results but it can improve image a lot and it's way less invasive. Maybe in the future.

And for sure age plays a big role.

Yea recovery time from the surgery and other complications, internal bleeding ect, not worth it for me, unless you are really planning on making money with your body or something. The lipo does seem safer.

Who knows? Maybe i'm a hyporesponder or i need more gear in general, 325mg test and 150 primo you can't call it a real cycle especially being in a 900cal deficit, more than a baby cycle. Perhaps 500mg test alone would do better.
 
A little update. Cruise phase continues, i'm in the fifth week after stopping the cycle and gear has probably metabolized. TBH i'm feeling kinda meh as far as libido goes even with HCG in the mix. Also i was used to training hard and last 1-2 weeks my recovery took a good hitting. I thought higher carbs will compensate the lack of higher gear but that didn't happened. I decided to reduce some volume this week.

Also i've dropped some more weight, i'm 97kg currently (213lb) and it's probably due to some water since i'm in lower test and/or from my metabolism firing up again after reintroducing carbs at 360-380gr per day. Calories still at 2900 and steps around 12K.

The upcoming week my gym will be closed for 10 days due to national holidays. Sucks, but it is what it is. I'll be doing steps, probably have some extra meal out with my gf and in 2 weeks i'll start my minicut before going to bulk. I'm glad weight came down even more since it will make the minicut easier or shorter. I'll do probably 2 weeks to ditch some extra pounds and then start raising calories.

Today marks the day of first actual off season ever where i'll intentionally gain weight whereas past years i was just letting loose and ended up being fatter than summer lol. It will be also my first steroid cycle where my goal is to add some muscle since my previous cycle was just to prevent me from transforming into a wellness chick.

Original plan was to do an additional minicut to drop some weight more before starting the off season but i skipped it because weight came off mostly without much effort. I'm guessing from lowering the test.

My body composition despite the new low bodyweight is not at its best, maybe those 9 days without training got me losing some fluids and i just don't look very good. Also last 15 days i was 600kcal in deficit, so after deciding not to go for an aggressive minicut i just dropped calories to my previous spot where i was losing just to drop couple pounds if possible, and it kinda worked.

Today's bodyweight is around 95-95,5 kg or 210lb. My calories for 2 weeks now will be 3000 which is on my maintenance with 12K steps, i want to see first how much weight the extra aas will give me and then increase food accordingly. I will aim for 0,5kg increase a week give or take, definitely not more. At least i hope i won't start gaining crazy fast lmao.

Gearwise i was cruising on 187,5mg test/week and today i'm starting with 350mg Test and 210mg EQ per week. I will pin every other day, today i took my first intramuscular shot ever lol. I plan to rotate in side delts, rear delts, chest and maybe traps if needed with 29G half inch slin pins.

I haven't done any extra bloodwork since the latest is just 2 months ago, i only did some e2 today to see where i am at and if i still need some AI as i go into the cycle, i expect the results in couple hours.

I'm also gonna switch training split and start a PPL instead of upper lower. Currently i'm gonna do a 4day split of Pull-Push-Legs,rest,Pull one week and the next week instead of the second pull i'll have a second leg day. As the time goes by and gear and food increase i'll probably add another session and do 2 pull, 2 legs and 1 push session. Unfortunately the tear i have in my rotator cuff holds me back big time in chest and shoulders training..

So, that's it. Current physique state and BP measurement after morning cardio, breakfast and coffee lol.

Hello everyone, i'm 36yo, made some serious mistakes with my physique in the past (thankfully i'm having no health issues from this ATM) and now i decided to take action and change this and i hope i'll never fall back to the same eating disorders that lead me to look like a momma pig.

I've been to sports since i was 13, i started as an athlete to track and field sports and eventually i've became a shot put thrower and discus thrower. I had to put some mass and already at 15 i ended up being somewhat obese and strong kid benching 225 and squatting 275. After i quit all this due to a broken wrist (third time breaking an arm) i started going into the gym and that's how i become obsessed with lifting, not so much with how i look though, my passion was just being there and doing hours of lifting.

I had my ups n downs, i was gaining and losing weight in an unhealthy way since i was a kid, my first real proper cut (and the last one) was in 2011 when i reached 195 pounds around 13-15% bf. From this cut and for the next 10 years i had only bad times with me gaining weight every year (my ex contributed on that big time, thanks ex) and finally around lockdowns i weigh 310 pounds. Still lifting my socks off, eating 4-5 good meals with chicken rice eggs n stuff but almost every night it was a cheat meal for me and i was eating from pizza, burgers to pancakes and ice creams, many times with alcohol involved.

Then my self esteem took a big hit when i had no interest to flirt around, or going naked to the beach or even look myself in the mirror. Then i decided to change.

So, in the last 3 years i've been dieting pretty hard, going from a deficit to maintenance and back again. Last year i decided to pull the trigger and hop on gear after 19 years natty, it was about time..after deciding to not have kids i planned starting with a cruise dose with just testosterone to test the waters and then going once again in a deficit but this time enhanced. Yeah, i know most ppl say to start your first cycle already lean and going to bulk but honestly i was too tired after every cut, i was brainfogged and energy depleted for a long time, my libido was nonexistent and i didn't want to put through all this again as a natty.

Now at late June 2024 i'm ending my first cycle of 16 weeks with 325 Test-150 Primo and added for the end of my cut anavar 2 weeks at 20mg/day and the last 5 weeks at 40mg/day.

So far so good, i'm pleased with my results. I started my cut at 245 and now i weigh 215 at 6'1. It's the lowest i've been in 13 years. My diet was 2300-2400kcal with the exception of one cheat meal a week (burger n fries) which had me at 3400. I started my cut with one cardio session a day and as the time progressed i reached 3 sessions a day. One fasted in the morning, one after workout and one at night. My current state is not the end of my goal, i know i have more fat to lose and i hope next year to achieve a lower bodyfat.

Now i'm planning to cruise on 200 test 8-10 weeks, then do again an aggressive minicut for 4 weeks to lose couple pounds and prime my body for a slight surplus with a new cycle plan. After more than 3 years of going back and forth at deficit and maintenance i think it's time to put some tissue and boost my metabolism.

As you all can see i have a pretty big amount of loose skin mostly in lower abs and side-low tiddies. For the moment i'm not considering lipo or tummy tuck but eventually at some point maybe i'll think about it.

Feel free to comment everything, i have already been a tough judge to myself so if you think you'll hurt my feelings i've probably beat you to it.
