My Thoughts on GH

RhGH-induced gynecomastia is common. It's most likely due to a direct effect of GH/IGF-I on mammary glands & estrogens increase IGF-I receptor expression in breast tissue (worsening rhGH-induced gynecomastia).

No need (never is, really) for caber/bromo.

What would you reccomend? Nolva or Raloxifene?

But I guess at some point the rhGH-induced gynecomastia will have to develop a lump and be painful, so one can clearly notice when it is happening?

People here are just like they think it grewth or developped pre-existing gyno like nothing. Oh, it is 1cm bigger now, suddenly! "It is tissue after all", so is your cock and do not think it is getting bigger.

A SERM like Nolva should be well-suited here as it modulates estrogen action on breast tissue. If your serum E2 is actually high, Ralox is an excellent AI to keep estrogens under control.

I don't know bro, it's not something I can relate to. I've never been afraid of an AI and have always practiced sane estrogen management and never experienced gyno. The two may be related (probably), but I also may not be prone to rhGH's direct GH/IGF-I action at breast tissue either.

Ok thanks. I worry as if I run gh for the rest of the year will this be a constant battle of taking a serm? Seems a little harsh on the lipids to do that no? Or is this a once every couple of months to control

How much protein should I consume to max out igf-1 using gh?

Ralox is not an AI tho... It's a serm, isn't it?

He’s a lying idiot. What are the two things most responsible for the physiques of pros today? Massive GH and slin use. Maybe he should disclose his real dose of GH. It will absolutely change the way you look if you’re using enough, and using pharma GH. If you can use only two things it should be test and GH. Take 10iu per day pharma GH and your body will change daily. Pros will lie out their ass about what they really take to make it seem like they work harder, have better genetics than everyone else. There’s a reason a couple of well known coaches tell their clients to use as much GH as they can buy.
I take 6-8iu daily and it has changed my body completely, currently a month in.

What are the differences youve seen in a month? How are u taking it, split dose, before bed ect?
It's all bullshit, it's not a magic pill, I have taken HGH for months at 6IU and it didn't change my body like he wants you to believe it.

Does it helps? Sure. Is it worth it? Only if you really have money to throw down the drain.

It's the least effective things in building muscle. I find it a lot better for anti aging and fat loss at a lower dosage.

Is it great with insulin? Probably yes... Still there have been plenty of great physique around that never touched HGH at all.

I know plenty of guys personally that have a lot better physique then me and they never even tried it once.

Are you basing this off of generics only or have you exclusively ran a decent dose of pharma for a while?

I'll contribute. I have only ran 400IU+s of generics for a few months and all I got were side effects and pumps. IGF-1 was kind of shitty and I would have expected serum GH to be higher too. Carpal tunnel was unbearable though. Gave my last 50IU vials to a friend because I hated it. Even a month after stopping my ankles were so bloated I had to get an ultrasound just to make sure my heart isn't fooked. Crazy.

I keep reading and hearing how wonderful REAL GH is and thought I'd give humatrope a go. It would be more than 600 euros a month. More than my rent. This thread is making me reconsider. Self experimenting is the only way to find out I suppose.

Please, give us exact specifics on the completely changed body at only one month in. Because I'm very curious what you're experiencing as I've rarely, if ever seen someone make a bold claim like this.

This is called genetics.

Not that HGH doesn't work.... Or that does a marginal job.

I never said GH doesn't work, but you go talk to many big guys and pros and they will all tell you that HGH is the last resource and least bangs for bucks to build muscle.

Ppl claiming the opposite are just bullshitting themselves.

Is hgh a tool? Sure. Is it expensive as fuck compared to AAS? Yes it is.

Ppl are shilling it like it's the fucking shit but it's not. Especially when used alone without insulin and anyway better up your test then shooting 6-8 IU of hgh a day. Btw have fun with the crippling sides at those dosages.
