Nandrolone, cycling only?

I've been reading a bit about nandrolone, and I want to ensure I am reading things correctly. That nandrolone should be cycled and not used in a TRT manner because it's toxic AF. Right? One should not be using this compound as a TRT add-on, correct?
Example: The effect of nandrolone treatment with and without enforced swimming on histological and biochemical changes in the heart and coronary artery of male rats
Nandrolone eleven times more damaging to blood vessels than testosterone

I'm with you but I'm a German guy and here it is difficult to get normal TRT. So this is unbelievable
