There is no question there are some very unhappy customers @naps @Naps-Support. Ill give you there are some weirdos and reverse scammers as well.
All of my friends experiences have been positive with you so I have no complaints. That being said there must be some reason there is such dissatisfaction from certain people.
Shipping times seem to be alot of those issues. I think you guys are always professional with people. Still I would try to figure out why there are the issues there are.
90% of the cases are shipping delays that are out of our control. Like this year holidays season in China. Here is an example of the first class international mail that should normally be delivered within 10 days:

However there is no issue that we wouldn't be able to take care of if it's addressed the right way. Hell we even took care of @davidm1255 without him knowing while he is bitching here. Although he will still receive his December package he has a new reship order pending in his account since Jan 25 and waiting for the holidays in Asia to come to an end finally. He does not see that. A lot of customers just don't want any help from us.
