I've been ordering from naps for years now and never had any problems. Naps has one of the quickest customer service out of any of the sites. And they will reship if the T/A is off no questions asked.

Call me a shill if you want but they treat me good.

If you scroll back a couple pages you will see a screen shot of a pack that landed in 11 days. I have another that took only 3 days from "Origin Post" to leaving US Customs. Will post a screen shot of that one too. Crazy fast. Both reships that might have been shipped that priority method EMS or whatever.

One thing I found odd was last two packages didn't require a signature and I thought that was standard.

First ever order placed with Naps was in Dec. At first I panicked and was a little aggravated like a total noob but after talking with some solid people I was assured they are g2g.

Naps is a great source and I will continue to use them.

No, shill is more like a sales rep. I dont have to be on it currently to promote it.

I think it depends where exactly it comes from. With their reship policy they can just check the tracking number and see if it was delivered or not.

You placed your order during holidays. Its a bad time to order international, especially from the other side of the world. Could you even imagine how many packages go through China at that time. Once Naps sends your order its not on their hands. You cant blame them for something they have no control over.

I recieved a seizure letter 1 time out of my 12 orders with them and they reshipped.

I've had 2 friends that waited longer than 45 days for their package and they reshipped and ended up getting the original package too.

If you get a seizure letter or wait longer than 45 days they will reship. The people that complain are waiting less than 30 days or the tracking shows it was delivered and they never picked it up.

Naps doesnt want to scam orders, they want customers.

Thanks man. Yeah I'm just one guy. They've been around many years before me and they will continue many years after me I'm sure. Nobody here is banking on my opinion of their gear. Most people concerns seem to be on shipping. Their gear quality is proven and we all know that.

So you think they scam people on purpose? Its the shipping that causes these problems and they have no control over.

I will stick up for a source that took care of me and all my friends. And we placed big orders and all had great results. Nothing was bunk.
