How do you know? Especially with the nature of this business and knowing who is fighting the steroids.

The delay happened not because "we are busy". I never gave such excuses. It's unacceptable for me either. Once you take customers' money you are the one responsible. Who cares if you are busy.

Trust me we do our best to ship all orders in time. Delays do happen though. I understand we might be a little slower then other smaller sources. For the past 3 years we've been operating without any major delay. Orders have been arriving in 10-12 days. Why not to mention this too. All the shipping issues have been fixed at the moment. HGH and peptides packages will always take a few days extra.

Your reps told me that you guys are busy. That was the excuse I was given. But yes I received tracking on my package on the 22nd. I ha e not ordered any peptides or hgh.
 
I like the way you didn't answer my question at all. You going to change my order and send me GP TNE or not?
I like the way you claim excellent customer service then start passing the buck by blaming third parties. Just send me two bottles of TNE please, can you at least do that?

Thanks guys. Yes I'm a rookie. Naps never got back to my pm so I decided to air my laundry in public. Can giving an order number in public lead to any trouble?
 
Guys I received my order today, it took 3.5 weeks which I can live with. Thank you Naps, I guess I was premature. A free TNE bottle would have been nice but oh well. This is my second order and I haven't been ripped off yet. So guys naps is good to go but make sure you order well in advance and factor in the wait.
 
Ok so this is my first post n i understand that it prob not the best choice for A first post. But I have ordered from naps before and was a huge asshole about shipping and response time to my email. I was in the wrong naps. It took 4 weeks which is fine as long as I get quality gear. I just didn't understand the nature of things that well. So one again sorry naps.

I don't like posting order details in public. If you could take a minute and log into your napsgear account you would see that I have changed your order to 2 bottles of TNE the same day you posted here. The total went up to $83 instead of $66 so here is the extras requested. Keep checking your napsgear account page for updates please. It's your order why is it easier to start a thread on the forum then checking your order progress online or contact the customer support.
 
So now that Im getting ready to place my second order with napsgear, I thought I would post my original experience for others who are considering going with Naps. I really have nothing but positive things to say about my initial and current experience with Naps. I had ordered the intermediate bulking cycle on my first order, and after receiving the shipment, about two weeks later, I noticed that instead of sending D-Bol, they had sent Wini. One email was all it took for Naps to reship the D-Bol packets and they let me keep the Wini as well (thanks Naps). I will be honest, wiring money, oversees, to an unknown company, with an unknown reputation was somewhat concerning and I gave it a 50-50 chance of being legit. But after placing and receiving my order, and after Naps manned up to the shipping error by replacing the product, I couldn't be happier. Is this a plug for Naps, absolutely. But it is my experience and 100% true. Please continue the same level of service the community has become accustomed to. THanks NAPS!
 
placed my order got it 15 days later, well wrapped,very discrete, perfect labels and all bottles unbroken. Naps is truly the best at customer service and best gear i have had ever. all the product is G2G!!!! Thanks again yall are the best NAPS!1
 
I have had success with Naps. I placed two orders and got them within 3 weeks. Packages came wrapped well and discreet, customer service was good and the rep here was helpful in answering any questions I had. I am satisfied and will definitely not think twice about ordering again..
